Loved the beginning when you described martha's emotions. Poor Martha. That Richard dude is really annoying. Love Eamon though. He's lovely. I actually started to forget about Henry, until you mentioned his name. Then you started to talk about him, and how he would cause problems for Martha Urgh I really hate Richard, he is bugging me, I just want Martha to spill to Jack about it all! Maybe Richard could get struck by a bolt of lightening in a freak storm...Just a suggestion . The man that she could now see from the corner of her eye was fumbling around in his pockets in sheer humiliation, trying to turn off the embarrassing tone. “Bloody Lucas thinks he’s so bloody funny… Wait till I get my hands round his scrawny little neck..” He murmured angrily as he dug around in his pockets. ************** “I’m ‘basking in the beautiful scenery’ and ‘indulging in the fine selection of wines and spirits that Hartingwood Hotel has to offer.’ What about you?” He said smartly. ************** Jack smiled. “You didn’t deny it.” He laughed, picking up the brochure and waving it in front of Martha’s face, “you didn’t deny that you want me…” He sang. “Martha wants me, Martha wants me-” At that point Jack noticed the man standing behind Martha, his hands on her shoulders as he glared at the childish Jack. The man being Eamon. “…to leave. Martha wants me to leave, and I’ll respect her wishes. I’ll be in my room.” With that, Jack stood up and took a nod, then left the bar area with a skip. ************** “I thought I wasn’t in trouble.” Jack exclaimed. “It’s alright, I forgive you.” Martha smiled, falling back and laying down on his bed. “ Those bits made me laugh so hard Nicole. Totally classic chapter. Fabulous writing. My thigh hurts now, cos I fell off my chair... I was laughing a bit too hard I think. Why cant they just tell each other everything, kiss and make up properly, get rid of Richard and Henry (Eamons not that bad!) and live happily ever after! I hate Richard with a passion! Grrr! That was so funny Nicole, the ring tone was a classic, trust Lucas to do that And how cute are Jack and Martha! They are so adorable together, i love all the teasing its just too cute Richards a pig! I think Jack needs to go and sort him out. Hes got no right talking to Martha like that, she shouldnt have to stand for that. Eamons sweet, he genuinly cares about Martha and just wants her to be with Jack, if only Richard wasnt in the picture. Mission: Dispose of Richard! Anyway, excellent writing Nicole, as always.
