^^ You're so brave. I've done absolutely everything I have to so I don't need to leave the property again this weekend. It's a scary place out there  There's finger pulling, tooting, shouting, elbowing, swearing and much more. And that's just BEFORE you find a park.

I started my Christmas shopping today. I had to fight my way through masses of people but I was expecting that to happen. What was shocking was that other people didn't.

Couldn't even get into some of the shops I wanted to get into. I need to pick up a few last presents tomorrow, which is going to be followed by a massive pressy-wrapping session, then there's the delivering of the presents. *sigh*

I'm going to be spending most of Christmas at my parent's house - and I've just been informed that I can't sleep in my room as there's some minor refursbishment taking place and how it won't be completed before Christmas. So for the next few nights I'm sleeping on their couch.

Family arrived at my place today - ran out after about 6 hours to the pub :P

Really. Is it that hard to find a texta in the FOUR rooms of the house you have access to? When one of the rooms belongs to an arts student? And said arts student is currently IN THE BATH and not really wanting to be disturbed?
