Awww squeal that was adorable I loved it. An Matilda's line to Beth about fancying Tony was classic. :P Great chapter.

Yeh Matilda was classic, I love the Lucas and Mattie stuff heaps.

Chapter 7 - Not as easy.

Jack's P O V

People at work seems nice enough, but it is slightly dull like I thought it might be. Peter is cool he's is my boss. He knows Martha too, ive been pumping him for information about her, but he just laughs and says she is a handful. Im going to speak to Tash again she must be able to help.

I keep thinking about Martha, i didnt want to find someone when we moved here, I dont do relationships anymore but there is something about this girl. I just cant figure out what it is.

Tony's P O V

Why am I nervous its just a neighbour, Im just going to say hi. I knock on the door after a couple of seconds she answers.

"Tony, hi" She says, she looks flustered.

"Beth, sorry if Im interrupting, but as I dont know many people here, I thought maybe we could go for a coffee. You know a get to know the locals type of thing." I know Im babbling but I cant help it.

"Sure" she says "come in for a second while I freshen up" Now to me she looks perfect, in no need of freshning up, whatever women mean when they say that. I sit down and wait while she goes off to the bedrooms.

Matilda walks in and says hi shyly. I guess its because im her boyfriends dad, now, because she wasnt shy yesterday. I watch her subtly as she gets a drink. She really is a beautiful young women she must take after her mum, my son has done well for himself, I just hope I can. I watch Matilda as she dreamily walks around the house she has the same look on her face as Luc. Beth comes in and notices me watching her daughter.

"Young love hey" She says smiling and my stomach flips. Im too old for these feelings especially about someone I hardly know.

Lucas's P O V

Today is going to be the best day ever I can just feel it. I get out of the shower and pull on a pair of shorts. I can hear someone knocking on the front door, why isnt my dad answering. I run to answer the door and there she is my girlfriend. I love how that sounds.

"Sorry were you waiting long. I thought my dad would answer." I say

"Your dads at my house. Him and Mum are going out for coffee" she says winking at me. I cant believe it maybe Dad is actually showing an interest in someone for once.

We walk into the lounge and she sits down looking me up and down, I remember that im topless, starting to feel paranoid I run to my room and pull on a top.

She laughs as I come back in the room "I didnt mind" she says laughing. Her face changes slightly "Lucas"she says seriously and I can feel panic growing inside of me. "you havent changed your mind have you? about us i mean?"

"no way" I practically shout at her. I can see the relief in her face. I pull her close to me and kiss her softly.

She smiles "So what do you want to do today then" She asks.

"just this" I say like an idiot as we cuddle up on the sofa and start watching the TV.

Jack's P O V

Well she is single, I know that much. I have to meet Tasha later so I can find out more about Martha maybe that will stop me thinking about her. I think I will go home first and changed just in case I run into her later I want to look my best.

Driving home my mind is still thinking of her no matter how much I try not to. I stop at a junction and wait for another car to pass and suddenly she is there driving towards me. She beeps and waves. I wave back and I know I have a stupid grin on my face. I drive back to my house cursing myself for looking like such a moron.

Entering the house I have to check to make sure Im in the right one. "Surely that cant be my little brother" I say laughing as Lucas's jumps.

Lucas's P O V

Her kisses make me feel amazing, everything is perfect, kissing her is like nothing I have ever experienced before, but then thats probably because I have never kissed anyone before. Im really enjoying myself when Jacks voice makes me jump, and I know Im going red.

Tonys' P O V

She is such a great company and she is single. Her husband recently left her, he must be an idiot. Should I ask her to dinner, nothing formal just a dinner, that easy enough. I dont know maybe she wouldnt want to, god Im so out of pratice with this dating thing, it really isnt easy. Lucas definately did better than I am now. Thats it I will talk to the boys before I do anything find out what they think. For now I will just enjoy the rest of the afternoon.
