In scenes recently filmed BETH dies in a car crash. Returning to the Bay from the airport, a truck crashes into her car and she dies instantly.

Jack is the policeman on the scene and closes off the area. Tony is driving by and sees the accident. Being a hired car at first he does not realise that it was Beth in the car. Jack tells him. At first he does not believe it. When he sees Beth's watch on her arm (her arm is hanging out from under the sheets on a trolly) he realises and he breaks down. Jack holds him back as he tries to break free and rush to Beth.

Later at the hospital Sally asks Tony if there is anything she can do. He shakes his head. Alf tells him that he "is not in this alone". Meanwhile a trolley is pushed down the corridoor and Tony asks who that is. Jack looks uncomfortable. He hesitates. Tony then says: "It's him, isn't it? The guy who was driving the truck?" Jack nods. Tony says that he's alive and that Beth is....." He stares after the truck driver as Alf pats his shoulder, Sally and Jack sharing a sad glance.

WOW!! If it's true it'll make for some great Tony storylines. I suppose we should be careful what we wish for, huh?

Thanks for that! I knew it was coming but there is quite a bit of detail there! I can't wait now as Tony/Jon will finally get a storyline! It better not be a foiler!!!

Off topic here but my post count only moves up 1 for every 5 or 6 posts. Is that normal or is someone trying to tell me I'm spending too much time in the same threads?

I think what is happening is that posts in the General Chat, Games threads, etc don't count towards your post count so thats why it's not going up as much as you think it would. As for the spending too much time in the same threads thing, I couldn't possibly comment as I spend waaaaaaaay too much time in this one!!!

I figured that the Games Rooms chats didn't count but even in the main threads mine isn't counting up. Oh well. I suppose there's only so many ways you can type 'Tony's Hot' before it starts not to count.....

ETA: Well there you go. I did a little homework and found out that posts in the appreciation threads don't count either. Turns out it is for exactly the reason I suggested - too many he's hot/he's not discussions. You learn something new every day!!

Anyway, back on topic - Tony's hot!!!
