Chapter Four

Now Scott needed to be without Dani. He has lost everything what's important to him. He was broken and he started drinking. He was desperated. He was looking for love everywhere he went. But he didn't even think about his baby. And Kirsty still hasn't told Kane. But she didn't have to, Kane found out somehow.

"Kirsty. Where are you? Kirst!" He screamed when she reached home.

"I'm here, honey. What's wrong?" She knew it. Now he knows.

"Why didn't you tell me, that you slept with Scott?"

"I was going to, but ..."

"When? How could you hide that from me?"

"I really was going to tell you. Yes, I made a mistake, but I love you. We both was a bit drunk."

"That's not an excuse. If you can't control yourself, you should think before drinking."

"I'm sorry, really. I love you so much and I didn't want to hurt you. You have to believe me."

"But you did and nothings going to change it. Damn, you are so selfish!"

"Actually, there's something more to tell you."

"More?"

"I'm pregnant and it's Scott's."

"WHAT? You tell that now? Why did you hide that from me? That's important for us and I think that's the end of our relationship."

"No, Kane. We can foster this baby up together."

"I don't want to foster up some other man's baby. Don't you really understand? And I think this baby have to be with his real dad."

"That's not possible. I don't want to ruin Dani and Scott's relationship."

"You already did this. Did you know that your sister leaved the Bay?"

"She did? Oh god, that can't be."

"I think that you should move out. You can go to Irene's place."

"Kane you can't do this. I love you."

"Yes, I can and I will do. Please, leave."

Kirsty looked to his eyes and started to cry. She didn't want to go. Everything was so perfect, but now it all falls apart.

She did like Kane tell her and moved to Irene's place. Irene supported her and Kirsty needed it.

"Thank you, Irene, you are so kind."

"No problem, love. I understand you have hard times right now and you are lonely. But remember - if you need to talk with somebody, you can always count on me. I'll be there if you need me." Irene said and smiled to Kirsty.

Kirsty felt she's happy again, but only for a moment. She still has to go to school and she's having a baby. That won't be easy. She needed some one next to her, but who wants her after that? Even Scott doesn't!

She called to Kane.

"Hi, Kane. I have to talk with you. Please answer, if you're there."

He was there, but he didn't answer. Why would he? He was really sad, but he didn't show that. He loved Kirsty, but now he didn't know anymore.

Tasha also lived with Irene and she was a great support for Kirsty too.

"Kirsty, what are you doing?"

"I'm trying to call Kane. He doesn't answer. He's ignoring me."

"Maybe he's really somewhere out of home."

"No. I know he's ignoring me. And that's my own fault. I'm a life ruiner."

"Stop it. You've made a mistake. That's not making you a life ruiner. Everybody makes mistakes."

"It's not that easy. I've made a too big mistake. It's going to change my life forever and things won't get any better."

"Let's go to the Diner. You need to get some fresh air."

"No, I'm hated there. Could we go to the Surf Club?"

"Yeah, sure."

In the Surf Club they saw Belle. She wasn't as friendly as usual.

"Hey, Kirst. I've heard you broke up with Kane. Is that true?"

"Yes, that is, but actually that's not your business at all."

"Sure that isn't, but I've always liked Kane and now he's alone. Mmm."

"Belle. Don't be bitchy. That's hard for Kirsty. You only make thing worse." Tasha said.

"Okay, saint Tasha. I'll leave you two. Bye!"

"I'm going to lose Kane." Kirsty said. Tears fulled her eyes.

"Don't listen to Belle. She's just a cruel bitch."

"I'll try, but I think now Kane likes Belle more than me. But I don't wanna lose him." She burst into tears.

Tasha hugged her. She knew, that things will never be the same between Kane and Kirsty.

Chapter Five

Belle was getting ready for conquering Kane. She really liked him, and bitchy as she was, she needed to get him.

"Mom, are you at home?"

"Yes, Belle. What's up?" Amanda answered.

"I wanted to say that I'm going out."

"You look so fulfilled. Something or someone special is in your mind?"

"Have I talked you about Kane Phillips?"

"Yeah, you have. But he's with Kirsty Sutherland, isn't he?"

"Not anymore. They broked up."

"Why? I taught that they are so happy and so inseparable."

"Kirsty cheated Kane with his siter Dani's boyfriend Scott. You know Scott Hunter?"

"Of course I know. He's a very handsome guy. I understand Kirsty. He's irresistible!"

"Oh, mom, stop it. Anyway, now it's my chance to make Kane mine."

"Okay, honey. Good luck!"

She went to Surf Club, where Kane works. She really looked hot and every guy would like to have her. But she knew, that Kane wasn't very flirty and that made it harder.

"Hey, Kane! You're having a break?"

"Yes, would you join me?"

"Sure. So, how are you?"

"I'm feeling pretty good by now."

"I'm glad to hear that. I was wondering would you come out with me tonight?"

"Tonight? Sure!"

"That's great! Meet you then!" She wasn't expecting such a success.

They met at the Diner. Belle wore her best top and a mini skirt. She was sure that Kane liked her clothing.

"Wow, Belle. You look great!" He said.

"Thanks, you too!" Belle answered and tried to look shy.

They sat down and watched each other 5 minutes without saying anything.

"What are you looking at?" Kane asked smiling.

"You and your beautiful eyes." Belle answered.

"Yours are more beautiful than mine."

"Oh," She said and looked down. She was successful.

"Do you wanna go for a walk?" Kane asked.

"Yeah," she answered and raised up.

On the beach there were only them and moonlight. No words, just a look and that happened. They kissed.

"That were great." Belle said.

"I don't know if that's right. I just broked up with Kirsty and I don't want to get hurt again."

"Kane, you need to move on. And I know that's right. That just felt so right. I won't hurt you, I promise. Just give me a chance. I like you so much from the day I saw you, but you were always with Kirsty and so in love with her."

"I really loved Kirsty, but not anymore. Now I feel something special for you. Maybe I'm doing this to hurt Kirsty. I don't want to hurt you. We can try, but I'm not promising anything."

"That's okay, I understand you." She said and smiled at him.

They kissed again. Everything felt so right. Belle got what she wanted and felt happy about it.

Chapter Six

The next day Kane and Belle met again and the feeling between them grew. They ate breakfast together and then went to the Surf Club. Kirsty and Tasha were also there. Belle gave Kirsty a victorious eye. Kirsty just watched them and couldn't believe what she saw.

"I told you. Now I've lost him."Kirsty said to Tasha.

"He's doing this to hurt you. I don’t think there’s anything serious between those two."

"He didn't even looked at me! He's so over me."

"Kirsty, don't lose your faith."

"There's nothing that helps me through anymore."

Tasha hugged Kirsty. She couldn't say anything.

"I'm going to talk with Scott. Do you know where he is?" Kirsty asked.

"Robbie said he's with family today." Tasha answered.

"Okay, I'll go to the Hunter's place then."

"I'll come with you!"

She knocked on door. Beth opened it.

"Hey, Tash. Robbie is waiting for you in his room. And Kirsty, what do you want?"

"I need to talk with Scott. Is he here?"

"Yes, he is. Scott, love, come here."

"You again. Do we have something to talk about?"

"I think we have. We're going to have a baby, remember?"

"Yeah yeah, what do you want?"

"We need to discuss our future."

"Our future? You mean like me and you? Are you crazy?"

"So you say I have to bring this baby up alone?"

"Whatever, I don't care. I don't want this baby anyway. He ruined my life."

"How can you blame the baby for this? That was our mistake!"

"Like I said - I don't care. Could you please leave now?" He said and closed the door behind Kirsty's face.

Kirsty was confused. She didn't know what to do. She just ran and ran until she made it to the beach. She ran into the water and fell down. She cried there and the time passed by. She didn't want to go home. There's nothing waiting for her. She was on the beach until the night drew in. Then Tasha came looking for her.

"Hey, Kirst. What are you doing here? Are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine. I wanted to be alone, that's all."

"We worried about you. Don't you ever disappear like that."

"Okay, okay. Calm down."

"Let's go home now, it's getting cold."

When they reached Irene's place, the place she now called home, she went to her room and didn't come out before morning. Irene and Tasha had a chat in the living room.

"I'm worried about Kirsty. She's so broken. It's hard to see her like that." Tasha said.

"I know, love. But we can only support her." Irene answered.

"Yeah, and that's the hardest part of this. She and Kane were so perfect together and they loved each other. Kirsty still does, but about Kane I'm not so sure anymore."

"Why are you saying that?"

"Um, we saw Kane and Belle together at the Surf Club today. Not as friends, but more like lovers and that hurt Kirsty. Now she’s sure, that Kane doesn't want her and is over her."

"Oh god, I'd never believe that Kane was a man like that. I’ve known him for a long time and I know there's something wrong with that him and Belle thing."

"I hope so. Poor Kirsty is so depressed because of that."

"Yeah, I hope that too. But how are you and Robbie?"

"We’re fine, like always. Robbie is so perfect and nothing can't go wrong."

"I'm happy for you." Irene said smiling. Tasha smiled back to her.

Chapter Seven

A few weeks later, there were a real surprise for everyone - Dani Sutherland came back to the Summer Bay and she wasn't alone, Josh West was with her. They were back together. That was a big shock for everyone, especially for Scott. They moved to the palace and decided to stay there.

"Mmm, it's good to be back here. I haven't been here for months and I really missed that place." Josh said and wrapped his hands around Dani.

"Yeah, I like to be here too, but there's some people that I can't stand. But that's okay, cause I’ve got you and nothing else matters now." Dani answered and kissed him tenderly.

Noah knocked on the door.

"Yes, come in." Josh said.

"Um, do you want something to eat? We just made dinner." Noah asked.

"No, thanks. We are going to see my family." Dani answered.

"Okay, see you later then."

Later, at the Sutherland's house, Rhys, Shelley and Jade were surprised. They thought Dani had left the Bay forever. And the bigger shock was Josh and Dani's new romance.

"Aw, it's great to have you back here." Shelley said and hugged Dani.

"And how did you two met again?" Rhys asked.

"We lived in the same house, we were neighbours. And we felt, that feelings between us weren't gone." Dani explained.

"So sweet. Anyway, it's good to have you back, sis. I've missed you already." Jade said and hugged Dani.

"You guys are so great. Summer Bay is my home and there's no place in the world like this."

"Would you stay for the dinner?" Shelley asked.

"I think we're going to eat at the Diner." Josh answered.

"Aw, good old Diner. I feel like I'm at home." Josh said when they reached to the Diner.

Leah, Alf and Irene looked at them with surprised faces.

"Look who's back. Josh West personally. What brought you back, mate?" Alf asked.

"My beautiful girl." He answered and kissed Dani to cheek.

"You are back together? That's wonderful. Where are staying at the moment?" Leah asked.

"Mm, at the palace. We're not just there for the moment, we are staying there permanently."

"So you're not going to move back to the city?"

"No, it's good to be in the Bay. That's our real home." Dani said and smiled to Leah.

Dani and Josh sat behind the table. Amanda walked in. She saw them and curdled.

"Josh, honey. You are back. What are you doing with that Sutherland girl?"

Josh and Amanda had a romance after he split up with Dani.

"Don't call me honey. I'm not your honey anymore. Dani and I are together again."

"But how? I mean, you said you hate her and now you are back together. I'm confused."

"What I said, doesn't matter anymore. I don't want to see you, so please leave us alone."

"Okay, if that’s what you want. But you will hear more from me." Amanda said and gived him an evil look.

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever."

"Oh god. I can't stand her. Did you see her face? That was waaaay evil." Dani said.

"She has always been evil and I think nothings going to change that. But don't worry. She's not going to ruin our relationship. I promise."

"I hope so. Otherwise I’ll kill that bitch off."

"Don't be so cruel, Dani. Don't bother yourself with her."

"I'll try."

When Irene reached home, she had news to tell. Kirsty didn't know yet.

"Kirst, love. We need to talk."

"Yes, what's up?"

"I think you should know, that your sister is back."

"What? She really came back? oh god, that's good."

"But she didn't come alone."

"With who then?"

"With Josh West."

"JOSH? What? I mean, they hated each other, didn't they?"

"Yeah, they did, but they are back together."

"I can't believe that. Maybe she's doing this to hurt Scott."

"I don't think so, feelings between them seemed pretty realistic."

"That makes things even worse. Scott going to hate me more."

"Don't worry, love. You're not the only one to blame."

Irene hugged Kirsty and whispered "Everythings going to be okay."

Chapter Eight

At the Hunter's house, the family had just finished breakfast. Beth washed the dishes while Matilda, Scott and Robbie sat on the couch and watched TV.

"Oh, fantastic. It's such a beautiful morning and I have to go to the school. That's so unfair." Robbie whined.

"You're not the only one." Matilda answered to him.

"Don't worry, sis. I don't forget you. Anyway, I got to go. I'll catch up Tasha. See you guys later!" Robbie said and leaved.

"Mum, where's Tony and Luke?" Matilda asked Beth.

"Tony went to shcool earlier and Luke stayed at his brothers place yesterday." Beth answered.

"Okay, I'll catch up to Luke then. Bye!"

"Bye." Beth and Scott answered.

"So, Scott, how are you today?" Beth asked.

"Not any better. Everything's falling apart."

"Oh, honey. You should understand, that if she moved away so soon, she didn't love you enough. If she'd love you, she'd stay and fix thing up."

"That would be even worse. I love Dani too much and I want her back."

"You have to understand, that you've made a mistake and it's your fault too, not only Kirsty's."

"She flirted with me when I was drunk."

"I think she was drunk too, so that's your both fault."

"I really don't want to have this conversation right now." Scott said and walked out.

Beth was worried about him. She knew, that her son had done the wrong thing and had to pay for it, but she wasn't happy about it. It was hard for her to see her son suffering.

Scott went to the palace. He couldn't believe his eyes when he saw Dani and Josh there, kissing. At this moment he wished he could die.

"Oh, sorry, Scott. I wanted to tell you, but you found out first." Dani said.

"How could you be so selfish? Who's playing with who now? I thought you loved me."

"It's so sick. You cheated on me and now I have to love you?"

"And you loved me before it?"

"Yes, I did. But your act killed this love."

"I don't believe you anymore. You got over it so quickly and have a new romance already. It's only been few weeks!"

"I moved on, Scott. You should do the same."

"It's not that easy for me. I still love you."

"Poor you. But you have to get over and move on."

"I had almost forgotten how selfish you are."

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. And please leave us alone."

"I won't. I will win you back."

"Don't you even try!" Dani got angry.

"Hey, hey, Dani. Calm down." Josh barged in.

"You mind your own bussines." Scott said to him.

"Don't mess with me. I don't want to fight, alright?"

"You don't want to fight? But you have to." Scott said and hitted Josh.

"No, Josh. Don't hit him back, please. And Scott, get out of here. Now!" Dani yelled.

Scott left just as Noah and Hayley came in.

"What happened to you, mate?" Noah asked.

"Nothing. Just a little fight."

"Dani, what really happened?"

"Scott came here and hit him."

"I can't understand, what's in this guy's mind." Hayley said.

"Neither of us does."

Later Martha and Tasha sat at the Surf Club and chatted. Scott and Jack walked up to them.

"Hey, girls. What are you up to?" Jack asked.

"Nothing. I was just leaving anyway." Martha answered and stood up.

"Martha, please don't go. We need to talk."

"No, Jack. I don't want to." She walked away.

"Oh, god. What I did wrong again? I can't understand."

"Nothing, I guess. But talk with her some other time." Tasha said to him.

"Life's crap anyway." Scott added.

"At your point of view, of course. I don't feel sorry for you." Tasha said and left too.

Chapter Nine

"Mom, are you there?" Belle asked.

"Yeah, What do you want?" Amanda answered.

"Oh, what's wrong with you? You seem moody."

"I am. I'm sick of this place!"

"Why? What's happened."

"You know Josh, right? He's back. And he and Dani are back together. Can you believe that? After all we had he does something like that. How could he? He did it to me, Amanda Vale. It's unforgivable!"

"Stop. What did you say? Dani is back too?"

"Yeah, and she's with Josh. Can you believe that?"

"She's not better than you. So I think you can win Josh back."

"I will do it. I could even kill her! Nobody can be better than me!"

"Calm down! You're not going to kill anybody!"

"I will kill, if she stands in my way!"

Kirsty drove to the hospital. She was thinking about all things that had happened lately and suddenly she felt that car hit something. She stopped car and went out. It was Scott.

"Oh, god. Scott, can you hear me? Please wake up!"

She called ambulance and she also tried to call Dani but she didn't answer.

Later she was at the hospital, when Beth, Matilda and Robbie came there.

"Where's my son? Is he okay?" Beth paniced.

"I don't know. They won’t say anything."Kirsty said to her.

"What happened anyway?"

"There was an acident. I hit him with my car."

"You what? Are you crazy? He might die!"

"It was an accident. He was drunk and ran into the road."

"That's not an excuse. Haven't you done enough to him?"

"It's not my fault!" Kirsty screamed and ran out. Dani ran into her.

"Where's Scott?" Dani asked.

"Go in there." Kirsty ponted to the door where she ran out.

"How is he?" Dani asked Beth.

"Don't know. I haven't seen any fo the doctors."Beth answered.

The doctor came towards them.

"How is my son?" Beth asked him.

"He's injuries are very bad and we can't guarantee, that he will survive."

"Oh, god. It can't be true. I don't want to loose him." Beth cried.

"Beth, you’ve got to be strong and believe that he's going to make it trough." Dani comforted her.

"It's not that easy. But thank you for supporting me. And I can see, that you still care about him."

Dani didn't answer. She just looked down and hoped, that she don't have to answer. For her luck, Tasha came in.

"Where's Robbie?" She asked.

"I'm here, Tash." Robbie answered.

"How are you coping with it?"

"Pretty well."

"What have the doctors said?"

"His injuries are really bad and there's a possibility, that he won't survive."

"Oh, Rob. That's sad. Can I do anything for you?"

"Just be here, with me. I don't need anything else."

They hugged. Hayley and Noah came in.

"Dani, how's Scott?"

"Really bad, Hayls. He might die." Dani said and started to cry. Hayley hugged her.

"He's going to be okay. Scott is yound and strong man, he will get through this."

"I hope so."

"Have you eaten anything?"

"No, I don't want to."

"Let's get some coffee then, okay?"

Dani nodded and they went to the other corridor.

"Dani, what's wrong? I thought you didn't love Scott anymore." Hayley asked when they drank their coffee.

"I don't love him, but I care about him."

"Are you sure? You might do the biggest mistake in your life if you won't take him back."

"I don't know. I really don't know. I'm confused."

"Are you just playing with Josh to hurt Scott?"

"Maybe..."

"Dani! Don't you ever do this. You are hurting Scott, Josh and yourself too. You should think about it."

"Please, Hayls. I don't want to hear this!" Dani said and ran away. Hayley sat there and thought what she did wrong.
