I need a banner for my new LJ community Neon Glow please.

I have tried doing it myself but I can't come up with anything! So here is what I need:

840x300

It can be of anything but it needs to be quite arty and has a glow if possible

no text, I have the text prepared to add on

Not really sure what exactly your after, but I have a lindsay lohan banner with a neon glow, if thats any good your more than welcome to use.
