I like the monochrome icons, but I'd up the contrast a bit... Did you just convert it to grey scale? That usually leave the picture very bland.

The composition of the first is very nice, though

^^ Do you mean the Veronicas ones? If so, the original picture was in greyscale.

Thanks for the tip though. I'll keep that in mind next time I try greyscale images.
