I really loved that whole story and that was such a beautiful ending... I particularly loved this bit "Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there, I do not sleep. (Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there, I did not die!)" It sounds very familiar to me but I just can't pick where from... It was lovely Quote

And Maddie was dying from the beginning, only no one knew it. And I dont think its in the bible... apparently it was written by an American housewife in the 1920s. Quote
