Here's a teaser:

Tracey lay on the sofa just bawling her eyes out. She didn’t know what to do. She didn’t even know what to think. She just felt lost. It was as though, with Eve dead, a part of her had died along with her. She didn’t even realize that the phone was ringing. When she did, she just remained where she was- unable to move. She was glued to the sofa. More like, she felt that the sofa had trapped her and wouldn’t let go of her. It was holding her captive.
