Oh, great chapter Drew. I really like the Amanda Murder storyline can't wait to see how it turns out! I'm intrigued to see what the shocking twist involving Rachel is.

It seems close to Maddie and Ric breaking up though, after that last chapter.

RIC

What happened last night, I didn’t exactly plan. What happened last night was a complete shock to me. I just found out that my mother, Sally Fletcher has been married to another man this whole time. Watching him touch her, it made me feel sick, I had to do something, I had to hit him… Staring into Matilda’s eyes I realized that this wasn’t the man she fell in love with. But if Kirin continues to make Sally’s life hell then I have no choice to protect her… So what do I do? Protect my mother and lose my fiancée? Or to leave everything how it is…?

Ric and Drew sat on the beach, continuing their conversation about Ric’s dilemma. He had no idea what to do. Ric could tell that Matilda was upset by his actions, but if he sat back and did nothing, Sally could get hurt.

“I just don’t know what to do.” Ric said as he laid down onto the sand.

“Well I can’t believe you two are getting married.” Drew said with a laugh. Ric rolled his eyes back.

“I don’t know what to think anymore.” Ric said, getting back up. As he looked around the beach he noticed Belle walking towards them.

“Hey guys.” Belle said as she approached them. Ric noticed the awkwardness between Drew and Belle and got himself up.

“I just remembered that I had to do something at home-“ Ric said getting up.

“No- Ric- Don’t” Belle said as Ric ran off, not wanting to be alone with Drew. As they looked at each other they both smiled and Belle sat down.

“So… Have you thought about what I said?” Drew asked. “About the drugs?” Belle rolled her eyes and sighed.

“Drew, I believe you about the drugs, but I’m with Hunter now and things are going great… Besides, we’ll be over anyway because you slept with my mother.” Drew sighed.

“I slept with her just after we broke up.”

“Exactly! But you still did it!” Belle said as she got up and walked away.

“Belle… Where do we stand you and I?” Drew asked as Belle turned to look at him.

“As far as I care, our friendship could rot in hell.” Belle sternly said as she continued to walk up the beach. Drew just sat there, upset and angry. He’s lost her, he’s lost Belle for good.

CHAPTER 16: The One With Amanda’s Butcher Knife

Amanda Vale slammed the door shut of her car as she moved up to the stairs of Josie Russell’s apartment. Every step she took, Amanda felt rage. She felt heartache and she wanted revenge, revenge on Josie Russell. As Amanda took a stuttering sigh she knocked on the door and stood there patiently… She knocked again, and again, she continued knocking that her patience was hanging by a thread. Josie opened the door and smiled with glee when she noticed who was standing in front of her.

“Amanda… What a pleasant surprise.” Josie said with a sarcastic grin. Amanda rolled her eyes and walked straight into the apartment with no invitation. “And what did I do to earn this surprisingly visit?” Josie said shutting the doors. Amanda didn’t reply to Josie and stared out the window, looking into the view of the ocean, silently.

“Why Josie? Why!?” Amanda said turning around fiercely. “What did I do that made you make that tape!?”

“Oh don’t play these childish games with me Amanda! You took Peter away from me and you were sleeping with his brother and son! I had to do some sort of revenge to get him back!” Josie said, making Amanda feel stupid.

“He was never yours! You too were never together!” Amanda screamed in hate.

“But you knew how I felt about him! You knew all my feelings for him! I told you everything and how I loved about him! And you used that to gain him for yourself!” Josie said.

“So you destroy my wedding day and hope that will gain Peter on your side? You ruin my relationship with him and steal my daughter away from me? That’s meant to make Peter want you!?” Amanda slowly said as she walked up to Josie.

“How was I supposed to know he was going to humiliate you? I just made the videotape.”

“We are partners Josie! Partners do no do that to each other! It destroys business!” Josie laughed at Amanda’s stupidity. Amanda had no right to say what she did.

“Well we wont be partners for long.” Josie said smiling.

“The hell we wont, you’re fired!” Amanda said smartly.

“No Amanda, I quit! I’ve been wanting to leave ever since we got this project off the ground. You have no idea the lengths I’ve gone to, to destroy Desire… And it’s working like a charm.” Josie said smiling as she slumped herself on the lounge. Amanda stood there in shock. What was Josie talking about?

“What the hell are you talking about?” Amanda said in a panicky tone.

“I- Josie Russell- have been plotting to bring down you and Desire… And it’s been working so far… All you have left is your stupid little Fashion House… Or, what’s soon to be left of it.” Josie said with a chuckle.

“What are you going to do?” Amanda said panicking. Through Amanda’s eyes, Josie could tell that Amanda was scared, and that Josie had Amanda right where she wanted her.

“All in good time Amanda, all in good time.” Josie sweetly smiled as she got herself up from the lounge. As she walked over to the bar to get herself a drink, Amanda’s face began to scrunch up with hate. Mumbling very softly, Amanda got out the butcher knife where she hid in her purse and slowly walked up to Josie. As Josie finished pouring her drink, she smiled and turned to face Amanda, but was stunned to see what was in front of her eyes.

“Amanda!? What the hell’s going on!?” Josie said in a scarce tone. The tables had turned, Josie was now in the venerable position. Josie began to panic. She didn’t know what to do or how to react. Josie could see that Amanda was angry and upset, and she had a butcher knife in her hand. Question was; what was Amanda Vale going to do with it?

Ric slowly walked into the living room of the Summer Bay house where he found Matilda lying on the lounge, staring into space. He noticed that she was alone and they were the only two in the house.

“Matilda… We need to talk.” Ric said softly as he sat himself down next to her.

“Talk about what?” Matilda replied.

“What happened last night with Kirin… Just the way you looked at me when I… You know…”

“What about it?”

“The way you looked at me when I hit him and how anger just built up inside me… It was a look you never gave me before.” Ric said upset.

“That’s because I’ve never seen you like that before.” Matilda said, also beginning to sound upset.

“Matilda, that’s part of who I am… I mean I came to the bay with that personality. I came to the bay as the bad boy who bullied your brother remember?” Ric said with a smile, trying to make Matilda laugh.

“Yeah but then you changed… Changed into the person you are today, loving, caring-“

“That’s exactly why I did that last night Matilda! Because I couldn’t stand that jerk doing what he was doing to Sally. He was making her miserable! I had to do something!” Ric said backing himself up.

“So every time something goes wrong, it’s just going to end in violence?” Asked Matilda. Ric sighed, he didn’t know how to reply. He got up from the lounge and headed for the door.

“I’m just gonna go for a walk.” Ric said softly.

“Ric…” Matilda said getting up from the lounge. “So where do we stand?”

“Well you know where I stand… I’m not going to let anyone hurt the ones I love… So it’s your decision, you choose were we stand.” Ric slowly said as he walked out. Matilda began to slowly fall apart. This wasn’t the person she fell in love with, she had never fell in love with a violent man, she began to realize that maybe, her mother was right… Maybe her and Ric weren’t meant for each other. As Matilda wiped away her tears she came to a decision to her and Ric’s relationship, one that Ric wasn’t going to like.

Josie continued to stare at the sharp butcher knife in Amanda’s hand. Josie began to shake, she couldn’t move she was frozen in fear. Amanda slowly walked up to her with raising the knife as she moved along.

“Amanda please, this is ludicrous!” Josie yelled in fear.

“No, it’s not… It’s called revenge!” Amanda slowly said. “You stole my daughter away from me, my fiancée and now I found out you’re destroying my company!? You don’t deserve to live Josie Russell… Not after the things you’ve done to me… You should know by now you don’t mess with Amanda Vale.” Amanda said as she smiled sweetly. A few paces behind Amanda, Peter slowly walked in, realizing what was going on. He had to think of something fast because Amanda was about to stab Josie. Josie closed her eyes shut and opened them and noticed Peter behind Amanda.

“I never meant to steal them away from you!” Josie yelled.

“The hell you did! You just love seeing me getting hurt don’t you? Well now it’s come to an end Josie… You, me and a butcher knife.” Amanda grinned. From behind, Peter grabbed Amanda’s arm and twisted it. Amanda cried in pain as she dropped the knife to the floor, with that, her body fell too.

“What the hell are you doing!?” Peter yelled in Amanda’s face.

“She deserves it!” Amanda yelled back in tears. “She stole you away from me!”

“No she didn’t. She just saved me from a great deal of heartache in the future.”

“Amanda, get the hell out!” Josie said, still shaking in fear. Amanda slowly got up and walked to the door.

“You’re lucky I’m not going to have you arrested!” Peter said angrily.

“I’m not giving up on us Peter! Not until I die!” Amanda said to Peter, she then turned to Josie. “And you! I’m not going to rest until I know your safe six feet under!” Amanda turned her back to them and slammed the doors shut. Josie was still in fear and in shock. Peter looked at her and gave her a hug.

“Are you alright?” Peter asked. Josie began to cry.

“No… Thank god you were here though… She’s crazy!” Josie yelled in heartache.

“It’s alright... I can’t believe she’ll sink that low though.”

“Are you stupid Peter? It’s Amanda Vale. She’ll do anything to get what she wants… Anything.” Josie slowly said, wiping a tear away.

Amanda sat on the beach, beginning to cry. She still can’t accept all the events which have happened in the past few days, the events which have changed her life. Her life was falling apart and she couldn’t handle the pain, along with Rachel Armstrong. She still couldn’t accept the loss of her baby, and that’s why she vowed revenge against the baby’s killer. As Rachel slowly walked down to the beach she noticed Amanda crying. Rachel was going to avoid her but she thought it was the right thing to do even though Amanda deserved what she got. Rachel sat down and gave Amanda a hug, not knowing she was hugging her baby’s killer.

“Is everything alright?” Rachel asked. Amanda wiped away her tears.

“Yeah… Everything’s just fine… What about you? I haven’t really spoken to you… Since you… You know, lost the baby.” Amanda said slowly, beginning to feel a little guilty for what she did.

“I wont be okay until I get justice for my baby’s death.” Rachel said with a smile. “I’m going to find the killer one way or another… And when I do…” Rachel stopped, as frustration began to build up inside of her. Amanda sat there in shock, Rachel was planning revenge against the baby’s killer, in other words, Amanda.

“Well… What are you going to do when you find out who it is?” Amanda asked in curiosity so she can cover her tracks.

“The only thing I can do for revenge… Kill them.” Rachel said softly as she looked out into the ocean. Amanda sat back in fright, if Rachel found out that Amanda was the one who killed her baby, that would be another person out for revenge on her. That’s when Amanda got herself an idea.

“I could help you.” Amanda said softly. Rachel turned to look at her. “Hunt down your baby’s killer… After all, everyone deserves justice for their heartache, right?” Amanda said. Rachel looked into her eyes.

“Yeah… You’re right… But are you serious? You’re going to help me?” Rachel asked.

“Of course I am… Whoever the killer is, they’re going to wish they were never born. And when we find them, they’ll be placed six feet under.” Amanda said with an evil grin. As Rachel continued to stare out into the ocean, she had no idea that the Amanda was the killer, she had no idea that the killer was in fact helping her. As Amanda just sat on the sand, she couldn’t help but laugh inside. Helping find Rachel’s ‘killer’ was helping Amanda with her own revenge. As Amanda smiled, she plotted to make Josie Russell the 'killer’ of Rachel’s unborn child. And once Rachel finds out, Josie will be no more, and Amanda’s problems would disappear. Amanda got up and walked up the beach. This was an excellent plan she thought. Her revenge against Josie Russell was about to take off.

Amanda is funny, in a stupid way, so the idea of her tryna kill someone like Josie and actually getting away with it is hilarious. If no one else thinks its funny then take it as me being easily amused.
