Fantastic chapter Drew. :) Is Jack blind? :P Can't he see Martha no longer wants him lol. Two enemies? Josie and Amanda? Wonder who gets murdered i'm curious now. Wonder whether rachel is the murderer? I really like the Gillian/Belle Scenes, what can Belle know that will bring him down and Dennis isn't as clever as he thinks he is if Belle can bring him down just like that.

I'm starting to think Dennis doesn't have anything against Belle, if he is overwhelmed by fear. Peter must be either with someone he knows or a relative of Dennis, as Dennis is at his house.

Can't wait for more. :D Looking forward to Monday. :)

Thanks for the comment Aaron!

Yeah, Dennis is affraid of Belle due to this 'evidence' she has to bring him down. But because the two don't know each other that well, he's trying to scare her off as that "Big Mafia Man", which he is that's why Peter is so scared of him because he knows what Dennis is like. Dennis' relationship with everyone is different. His relationship with Josie was lust, his relationship with Tony will be revealed later on and so fourth... He knows so many people it's hard to keep track with what his relationship is like with each and every one :P

Sooooooooooo sorry for the last update. I know I said Monday, but I've been at NIDA all week, and when I get home late I'm too tired to write after writting all day  So here it is, with a teaser at the end because this was such a late update!!!

JOSIE

It’s been three nights since Peter has disappeared… Sleepless nights I worry to where Peter has gotten too. He won’t answer his phone, no one can reach him. Losing someone you love really does show how much you love them. When others become worried, you realize how much they love Peter too, especially Amanda Vale. She still may be in love with him, and today was a day that changed our relationship, but we still are and will always remain, enemies.

As Amanda slowly walked up the beach with a takeaway coffee in her hands, she saw Belle sitting on top of the fence post alone, looking upset. Amanda began to think and wonder if she should talk to her after everything Amanda has done to Belle. She then realized that conflict won’t heal itself and if someone is going to heal that pain, it’s going to be her. As Amanda took a sip out of her coffee and walked up to Belle, before she could say anything, Belle sternly looked at her and blurted out “What are you doing here?” She asked. Amanda stood there, thinking of something to say.

“Darling, you look sad by yourself. I thought you should need some company.” Amanda smiled sweetly as she moved up to Belle.

“I’m not sad… I just need some fresh air.” Belle said as she picked up a twig from the ground as she began to play with it.

“Nervous about tomorrows fashion show?” Amanda said with a chuckle.

“No!” Belle said sharply. Amanda Stepped back a foot after hearing Belle’s reply.

“You’re still going to be there right? After all, they’re you’re designs.”

“I’m not nervous, and I am going to the show. After all, I’m the face of Desire.” Belle said as she got up and watched the waves. Amanda knew that something was going on, and she had to get it out of her.

“Darling, what is it?” Amanda asked, becoming truly concerned. Belle looked at her for a few silent moments and sighed.

“Peter’s missing… And no one knows where he’s gotten too.” Belle said softly. Amanda stared at her with silence… Peter was missing? She thought… But how and why? As questions consumed in her mind, she knew she had to face Peter’s closest friend at the moment, and her enemy, Josie Russell.

CHAPTER 19: The One Where The Ex-Bitch Dies

As Amanda rushed up the stairs of the building where Josie lives, she couldn’t believe what Belle had told her earlier. Each step she took closer to Josie’s apartment she felt fear yet she was saddened inside. Amanda took in one last breath before knocking on the door of Josie Russell’s. As Josie opened the door, her mouth dropped and slammed the door right in front of her face.

“Josie… This is serious. It’s about Peter!” Amanda screamed with no patience. Josie slowly opened the door again.

“What about Peter?” She asked slowly.

“He’s missing… And why wasn’t I told?” Amanda asked.

“Because you have no right to know Amanda, after everything you’ve done to him. For all I know, you could have been the one who kidnapped him and stand here as innocent as a new born puppy dog.” As Josie finished her sentence, Amanda felt outraged by what she said.

“You think I was the one who kidnapped him?” Amanda said with a chuckle as she walked in. “So you think Peter has been kidnapped?” Amanda asked. Josie rolled her eyes, she didn’t want to have this conversation with anybody, especially with Amanda Vale.

“Well he’s disappeared without a trace, the police believe it’s a case of kidnapping.” Josie said as she sat down.

“Do they have any leads?” Amanda asked, beginning to sound upset.

“No… None…” Josie said, she too beginning to sound upset. As they stared at each other, they could both see that they were upset and were fearing for their missing loved one. They noticed that they both loved him to the fullest despite all the bad stuff they’ve done to each other.

“I think I know who may of kidnapped Peter.” Amanda said breaking the silence.

At the Desire building, a photo shoot was occurring with Martha as the model for the shoot. As she posed in front of the hot pink background she couldn’t help but smile as the flashes scorched in front of her. There was one thing though that gave her a real smile, the person who was standing in front of her and who was photographing her, Hunter Gillian. As the music came to an end and Hunter stopped shooting, the two rested against the lounge as they began to talk.

“That was quite a good session I must say.” Hunter said, trying to wipe his huge grin off his face. Martha smiled and kneeled on top of the lounge as she couldn’t stay still.

“Really? You think so?” Martha said, she too with a huge grin.

“Hell yeah… Martha, you were hot!” Hunter finished off with a laugh. It was then, Martha’s smile turned to nothing. “Hey… Is everything ok? Was it something I said?” Hunter asked

“Ugh yeah… I mean no… It’s not you… It’s my husband, Jack.” Martha said as she sat properly on the lounge. Hunter’s smile also turned to nothing.

“Husband?” He asked.

“Yeah… He told me the other day he wanted to start a family… And once I get pregnant I can’t return to do this… My body will just-“

“Martha… You don’t need a perfect body to be a model.” Hunter said cutting her off as he brushed her arm for comfort. “But then again, if you don’t want to start a family… Tell him.”

“It’s not just that but.” Martha said as she twirled her hair, looking down. “Ever since he was run over… I felt like I fell out of love with him… I know it sounds cruel and selfish, but I realized how much I’ve missed since I married him… It’s like I’ve missed out on a life I never had.” Martha said, now sounding upset.

“Wow…” Hunter slowly said, not knowing what to say. “So… Where do your feelings stand for him now?” He asked.

“I wouldn’t know.” Martha said with a faint smile as she looked into Hunter eyes. As they stared at each other for a few moments, Martha let out a grin and moved over to Hunter where she gave him a kiss. As she pulled back she smiled at him and he smiled back.

“Are you feeling alright?” Hunter asked as he began to blush.

“Actually… Yeah…” Martha said with a smile she couldn’t hide as she moved back in to kiss Hunter. Neither of them pulled away, Martha forgetting about her marriage with Jack and Hunter forgetting about his new relationship with Belle.

At the Summer Bay house, Ric hanged up the phone silently as he sat on the couch, next to Matilda. Matilda knew that something was going on and touched his shoulder as he didn’t let a word out.

“Ric, is everything ok?” Matilda asked.

“Yeah… It is.” Ric said with a smile. “That was Jesse.” Ric said with a chuckle. Matilda’s mouth dropped.

“Jesse? Jesse McGreggor?” Matilda asked.

“Yeah.”

“What did he want?” At that moment, Sally walked through the back door with Pippa.

“I’m going over to Rachel’s for dinner tonight kids, so you’ll have the place to yourselves.” Sally smiled. Ric didn’t smile back though and walked up to Sally, looking serious. “Ric is everything ok?”

“I don’t know… Depends how it affects you I guess.” Ric said scratching his head.

“Affects me?” Sally asked.

“Jesse called before… He asked me to pass on a message.”

“Well what kind of message?” Sally asked, placing Pippa down, knowing by Ric’s tone it was something serious.

“He said to tell you that he received a call from a Joe Nash or something?”

“You mean Joel?” Sally said correcting him.

“Yeah… And ugh, Joel told Jesse that her daughter died and Jesse thought it would be for the best if you found out.” Ric said. Sally couldn’t believe what Ric had just told her.

“Gypsy’s dead? But how?” Sally asked, beginning to sound upset.

“Um… He didn’t exactly say how, but she was murdered.” Sally’s eyes opened with fear after hearing what Ric just said. “Sally, are you ok?” Ric asked as Sally slowly made her way up the stairs.

“Yeah… I’m fine…” Sally said as she walked into her room. When she closed the door shut behind her she let out a few tears after realizing she just lost a close friend. But her tears turned to frustration when she realized something. Could Kirin be responsible for her death? After all, he disappeared once Sally told him to leave and he threatened her that he’ll do everything he can to get her back… But could it be true though? Did Kirin Fletcher kill Gypsy Nash?

As Amanda and Josie rushed towards the steps of the Gillian mansion, Josie stopped and held Amanda back.

“Amanda, I don’t want to do this.” Josie said with fear.

“Why not? I already told you, Peter had told me that Dennis was after him… It’s the only solution to his disappearance.” Amanda said with a smile, hoping she solved the case.

“But he’s a dangerous man… A very dangerous man!” Josie whispered, sounding scared. Josie couldn’t confront Dennis, not again, not after the past they shared together.

“I know this man Josie… He’s not that dangerous.” Amanda said with a cheeky smile as she rang the doorbell.

“So, what are you going to ask him them?” As Josie finished her sentence, Dennis opened the door.

“Well, well, well. If it isn’t Amanda Vale and Josie Russell.” Dennis said with a grin. “How are you fitting in at your new home?” Dennis asked Amanda.

“Ok I guess… Look, Dennis that’s not why we’re here.” Amanda said.

“Well why are you here? Both of you? Together?” Dennis said with a laugh. “Aren’t you two supposed to be the two bitches of the town who hate each other?” Dennis said with a chuckle. Amanda rolled her eyes back.

“Dennis… I know you’ve done a few favors for me in the past and-“

“What kind of favors?” Josie asked sounding curious. Both Amanda and Dennis looked at her, tying to think of something to say.

“And?” Dennis said, avoiding Josie’s question.

“And we want to know something.” Amanda asked, sounding serious.

“Well, ask me away.” Dennis said.

“Do you… Have anything to do with the disappearance of my ex-fiancée? Peter Baker?’ Amanda asked strongly. Dennis looked around the room with a grin on his face.

“Do you see him sitting on my lounge?” Dennis asked with a laugh. “I haven’t even touched the man.” Dennis said, now sounding serious. Josie and Amanda looked at each other, trying to think of something to say.

“Are you certain?” Josie asked, Dennis replied back with a laugh.

“Josie. You and I may have had a… An exciting past, but I assure you, I have nothing to do with the disappearance of Peter Baker.

“You two know each other?” Amanda asked.

“Oh, look at the time, it’s time to go.” Dennis said quickly, avoiding Amanda’s question. As Dennis slammed the door in front of Amanda and Josie’s faces the two ladies walked back up the driveway.

“How do you know Dennis?” Amanda asked.

“How do you know him?” Josie replied back.

“That is none of your concern!” Amanda snapped back.

“Well neither is my past with you!” As Amanda walked off and Josie hopped in her car, both were curious about their past with Dennis. They both knew that something dark and sinister had happened within their lives with Dennis, and the thought crossed into their minds, and they were determined to figure it out. Hopefully to use it to bring each other down. As they continued to go their separate ways, there was still one thing on their mind, where the hell is Peter Baker?

NEXT CHAPTER: As a new resident moves into the Bay- on the hunt for a relative, Belle makes a shocking discovery and makes a shocking announcement, which will tear Desire into two, which sends shock waves throughout the community.

“I don’t need security to take me out. I’m leaving… For good!” Belle cried. Next to Amanda, Josie let out a faint smile after hearing what Belle had just said.

“That’s right… I’m leaving Desire, and I’m now the competition.” Belle said with a smirk as the audience began to gasp. “I’m forming a new Fashion House with former partner Josie Russell; RLB Designs. Something new, something hip, and something defiantly better then Desire!” Belle announced. Amanda stood there in shock when she turned to look at Josie, who couldn’t hide the grin off her face. As the media where shocked by the announcement they continued to ask questions nonstop. And as the flashes blinded Amanda’s eyes, she was angry that she was blindsided by this and that she never saw it coming. She was back stabbed by her own daughter. With Desire splitting in half, it now became a matter of competition.
