I love that, the colouring is so great! What program do you use?

I use adobe photoshop CS but for that pic the colouring i did in paint:P. I opened this image in paint , then I pasted the Isabel Lucas image in over the picture and it goes the colours of the first image . Oh and thank you for the comment =]
