Theres no point to her character other than to keep J&M apart. I hate her for many reasons including that shes the main reason J&M aren't together but also because she has a ugly personality, IMO she is selfish, very possesive, plays at being the innocent victim and acts like shes the only one whos ever had to deal with pain. I could say more, but i'd be here forever I couldn't have said it better myself

She is so clingy. She is just the most horrible character in the world. Her curly hair gets in the way of everything. She forces Jack to cover up his real feelings for Martha, you'd think that after everything that has happened between J/M she would just go away. I think i say enough with my signature
