Or you could go image>> images size and change it to 100 x 100. Hope that helps. Love the av you're using

Also how do use brushes that you download from the web?

Well, first of all, you can download them here...

Then, go into Photoshop -> select the brush tool -> click on the dropdown menu to display the brushes -> (There should be a little circle with an arrow in it) Click that -> Then click "Load Brushes".
