I never watched the early episodes of H&A so I only heard about Milko/Milco from backtothebay. Did she really have another imaginary friend? I'm intrigued. Hope someone can tell us more!

I have never really been interested in the character of Sally but im really loving the Milco and Sally storyline, they are just so sweet with each other it's cute and Josh is a great actor, he has done really well so far im glad he's gonna be sticking around!
