Amir Posted December 15, 2006 Report Posted December 15, 2006 I LOVE this show sooo much, ever since I first watched the first eipsode when I was like 14 - it seems like an eternity ago!! But I have the 5 season box sets, I pre-order them so Im sure to have them when they're released. I hated channel 9 for taking it away, we got up to "You Jump I Jump Jack" (I remember cause I missed it and there was cute Rory/Logan stuff ) and then they just took it away and I had to wait 9 fricken months before I could buy the box set to finish it. Actually Ive hated channel 9 basically the whole time cause they gave us first and second seasons fine and normal like. Then they randomly gave us the gilmore girls for like 9 episodes then would take it away. All I wanted to see was the Luke/Lorelai kiss and that only happened this time last year on our screens. Sorry bout my rant - Always LOVED this show, the characters are great and its one of my warm fuzzies I just can't get enough of. Although Im not sure how I'll feel about the 6th and 7th seasons. They have their moments but *sighs* only time will tell. I so agree, I was overseas when Season 5 was on, so I basically missed the whole season. I don't think the show belongs to Channel 9. I think it would have better ratings on Channel 10, or even 7. Luke/Lorelai are one of the best couples on any show, ever. Channel 9 better not treat Gilmore Girls like another Veronica Mars, or One Tree Hill.

Out of 23 (I think) Stupid, stupid Nine! *Glares at the TV* Thank god for boxsets, full of fast talking Gilmore Love! I cannot wait for the boxset though, more Rory/Logan moments... I heart them together, so much more than Dean *shudders* and Jess (I want to steal him for myself... )

I know what you mean Amir and Jess, why do they do this to all the awesome shows. I miss One Tree Hill, we hardly even ever got first season of that Where I live. With VM we got most of first season at a decent time. Like people actually watch Smallville - I did once upon a time (in year 8) BUT that was it. Im sure theres more Veronica & OTH fans out there so why dont we get it or the Gilmore Girls!!! Sorry turned into a bitch about the channels. Atleast with our pretty box sets we get all the Gilmore love we need!

They're awesome. Well they're bordering on €100 each lol. But I've got season one ordered now for... six weeks. Hope Golden Discs get a move on I would love to have it for Christmas

Well, One Tree Hill and Veronica Mars are both on these days, but at crap timeslots! Logan and Rory are great, but I think I may prefer Jess and Rory a little more. Gosh, I just wish they could just listen to the audience. I wish I was the manager of 9 and 10! 7 does a fantastic job of viewing all their shows. I just frigin want the rest!!! They're pretty expensive for you, here Seasons 1-4 are $24.95!

They took it away juuuust as Luke and Lorelai finally got together and just before Rory and Logan. grrr. I didn't actually like Jess with Rory, but I prefered them to her and Dean. That guy is like a brick. But Rory and Logan and finally Luke told her he was all in I'm going to go and get a coffee watch it now
SfanS Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Lucky enough for me, we've got Arena at home, and it shows GG 3 times a day. 6-7 at night, 1-2 during the day and some time when I'm in bed.... They're all repeats, but whatever. I don't know what season we're up to though....Jess just arrived in town.
