I guess they can't make things much worse, and it's only temporary if problems do arise, ie you can come off them. It's better than suffering in silence.

Most of my family are going for a meal tomorrow. They have asked me to go with them but I dont know what to do as I used to work there and got the sack for being ill, and I dont think the manager liked me very much. What should I do?

Do what you want, and feel comfortable with. It might be an idea to go and then you can put it behind you,so to speak - but if you don't feel up to it, that's fine too.

Remember - if you're no longer working there, then anything the manager does or has to say has any direct effect on you and shouldn't sway you one way or the other. :)

I'm constantly crying. I'll stop for a while, but something will set me off again and I'm crying, hysterical, shouting and screaming. I've been like this for the last 3 days and it ruined my holiday and it's worse now I'm home.

I think it's just hormones, but it's really making my family and friends' lives hell. Plus, I have my prom tonight. I don't want to miss out on it, but I might have to, as I don't want to remember it as the night when I made an arse out of myself and feel ten times worse.

Yeah, hormones are a pain in the a**e. The other day I was watching this really funny film, and through the middle of it, I burst into tears for no reason. All you gotta do is sit tight, cos it'll keep happpening, (sorry if I sound really pessimistic), but you gotta think of happy things, and if it keeps happening talk to your mum. :) After all, shes been through it :)
