Got very drunk aswell and had a concert the next day hehe.

How did the prom go Liz? I was like that a year ago and my Dad made me go to the doctors and it turned out I had a mild form of depression, but the doctor said no pills. There are a few coping methods I use:

Walk away from the situation and lock yourself in the bathroom or somewhere and just wait until you calm down;

Listen to some country and western! I prescribe Johnny Cash! ;

If you have a pet then stroke it or if not get a cushion or something really soft, this is scientifically proven to calm you down;

Get a tennis ball and practice throwing it up in the air and catching it or throw it against a wall and catch the bounce;

Paint, draw, something like that or even cross-stitch whilst listening to an audio book.

These are just a few things, I know they sound really stupid but try them and see if they work!

Whatever you do don't raise your voice because as soon as you do people stop listening to you and you get worked up!

hope that's of some use :)

OK, I'm not a doctor, but I'm guessing that your lack of periods could be because of several reasons. OK, the obvious one, are you pregnant? Or maybe if you've lost a lot of weight, sometimes that can have an effect. But I think that maybe you should go to the GP and get it checked out. :)

Go to the doctor. It might just be that it's still "settling in", but it might also be a hormonal imbalance, I guess. Probably nothing serious, but better to have it looked at. Although it seems embarrassing now, it will pass and it's better to have it over and done with than worrying like this. :)
