.Cat. Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 It said once on a TV show, that if you write a letter to whoever you're angry at (letting all your anger out), and never send it, that's a good way to let your anger out and not hurt anyone. I, myself, don't know if it works though.
-Annie- Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 ^Yeah, I've heard that too. I've never tried though....
Tamxxx Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Im going to sixth form on tuesday and im a bit nervous as I dont have any friends going there, Im genrally shy and so is difficult for me to make new friends especially since a sixth form, theres not going to be many new people and Im scared i will get singled out because everyone knows everyone and theres only a few newbies, whereas in college there is more maturer students, and everyone is kind of new.
Marieh Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 A hammer and a chizel. Or just pretend that you're Ryan.
DreamerCio Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Don't worry. It'll just be like going to a new school or club. You'll soon make new friends and get along with everyone. There's bound to be other new people joining 6th form so get friendly with them as well, you'll be able to easily tell the new one's from the old one's. And don't forget, the other people would have had some split with their groud, some gonig to other 6th forms, collages or where ever. What you could do if your really nervious about sitting there amongst the others is start a convosation about music, films and tv programmes. I'm starting 6th form on thursday.

Jess Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Tamxxx, just be yourself, and you'll soon be able to see which people you're gonna get on with the most. And even if some people already know each other, just remember that, to some extent or other, you're all in a new, unfamiliar situation and so will all be apprehensive. We had a VI Form induction day, and I could just tell which people I would get on with and stuff. I'm sure you'll be absolutely fine.
