Are you deleting them from playlists? You have to delete the songs from the itunes library to clear them properly :wink:

Also, unchecking them deletes them from your ipod but not itunes - to do that you have to right-click the song and delete it from the Library.

(Not trying to sound condescending here; I know other people who have done this :) )

^^ Go into iTunes, right click the song you wanna get rid of and click 'Delete'. And then next time you connect your iPod up, it'll take it off there, too.

When that happens, hold all 3 buttons down on the wheel at the same time. Usually, this resets it, and all your songs will be there, it just turns it off and on again.

Okay, so this isn't strictly about iPods, but it seems to be the best place to ask...

Does anyone know if it's possible to convert music files (e.g. .mp4 and .wma) to .mp3?

Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
