At that moment Charlie walked in to have Rachel arrested for kidnap of her son. Peter and Lara informed Charlie that there was no evidence that she had given birth to two babies. Peter and Lara promised to investigate. Jack enters the station and wants to know what has happened to Roman.?

I think it might be best if we bring Charlie in and ask her about this baby situation, I dont really think she has had a baby I think Jesse led her to beleive she was going to have a baby then just left her but where to look for Jesse who would know how to contact him, I know said Jack..........

Kirsty said that Jesse can't have kids he is infertile.Peter investigated more and discovered that Charlie is a surrigate mum. The baby boy that Rachel took is Rachel and Tonys so is the baby girl. Rachel can not have kids so Charlie agreed to carry the twins for Rachel and Tony.

When they arrived at Charlie's place Ruby was there and said that Charlie had gone and taken the baby girl with her. Ruby admitted that Charlie was a surragate mum and was not going to give the baby up. Peter and Jack then.............

Jack was strait on the phone to see what could be done, "ok there going to see they will get back to us in about half hour, what else can we do ?" Peter said there wasnt any think until HQ got back to them", all of a sudden the door burst open and in came........
