When I saw James I was thinking this reminds me of somone then I realised Paul.

They aren't true lookalikes, but in some pictures Jessica Tovey (Belle) and Bethany Joy Galeotti (Haley from OTH) look sort of similar. Maybe it's just the angle on the Haley cap, but I swear they do.
