-Karen- Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 OK, this is quite an easy one but my brain ain't working very well today! "I feel the need... the need for speed!"
freakybuffy Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 OMG I love that film!!! Is it Top Gun? Another one of my fav films "No harm ever came from opening a chest" "Yeah, no harm ever came from reading a book either. Remember how that one went?"[/b]
-Karen- Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 Of course it's Top Gun A classic! I don't have a clue what your quote is though
freakybuffy Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 Bless! If you would like a clue, all you have to do is ask!
bodwod Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 I think it's from one of the Mummy movies but I don't know which one. I've never seen the films but i have a friend who says "No harm ever came from opening a chest" at all kinds of random moments.
freakybuffy Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 We have a winner!!! Close enough for me! You'll have to watch them sometime, i really enjoyed them. And if you like Action comedy's you might aswell! The Mummy -"No harm ever came from opening a chest" The Mummy Returns- "No harm ever came from opening a chest" "Yeah, no harm ever came from reading a book either. Remember how that one went?" So what's next?
-Karen- Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 I don't think I would even have got that from a clue as I haven't seen any of the 'Mummies'!
bodwod Posted February 21, 2007 Report Posted February 21, 2007 OK, I'm rolling out all the favourites here. I'm going from memory so it may not be exactly right. It's a long one but I love this quote... What's so hard about finding a place to live? You just need to look in the obituary section of the Newspaper. You see who died, find out where they lived, and tip the doorman. What they should do to make it easier is combine the two. You know, Mr. Kline died yesterday, leaving behind a wife, two children, and a spacious three bedroom apartment with a wood burning fireplace.
rockagirl Posted February 22, 2007 Report Posted February 22, 2007 Could it be 'When Harry Met Sally'?
bodwod Posted February 23, 2007 Report Posted February 23, 2007 It sure could. You're on. BTW, I saw Billy Crystal's one man show the other day - it was absolutely awesome. I'd recommend anyone who can get tickets, get them. I still haven't stopped thinking about it.
