I'm summerising my "After the Crash..." fic. I just came across a Charlie-related passage (chapter 30):

  Quote
Rachael grinned, thinking that Kim was being terribly dramatic. “Kim, Randy is not ‘evil.’”

“How would you know? You haven’t even met him!”

“No, but I can tell from your reaction that your being paranoid, and paranoia is rarely based in solid truth.”

“Really?” said Kim, with sarcastic interest. “I wonder if you were being paranoid about Charlie?”

Rachael had no cause to grin at that. “That was different. Charlie was sick. He was practically in love with you, and he only tried to hurt me to get to you. Like you said, Randy and I haven’t even met, so how could it be the same thing?”

“Do you remember the other reason that Charlie hated you?” asked Kim, darkly.

Rachael put her head down, remembering how she had let things get so out of control. “He thought that I was responsible for killing his grandmother.” Kim nodded, waiting for Rachael to join the dots. “But you haven’t killed Randy’s grandmother,” said Rachael, missing the point.

“No,” Kim clarified, “I just killed his brother.”

lol, thank you. For more of this fic, please visit your local fic forum :D

Although, since there's nothing more about Charlie in there (I don't think...) perhaps you'd rather give it a miss. Or you could wait til tomorrow when I plan to have the summaries up for all 45 chapters!

Enough of my shameless self-promotion. On with the Charlie!

... Did I mention that fic's been classified as "slash"? Hm...

 I think I checked it out before when it first started. I loved it but got sidetracked with stalker!fic. I'll have to read it again.

Now. Back to Charlie. He looks so warm and snuggley!
