I am just writing the first murder as we speak... when i finish this part i'm off to watch my 2nd Fav show Quizmania... So i will say good night now, mate. If that's how you talk and that's how you want your characters to talk, by all means, go for it. You know your characters better than anyone else. You know what they're likely to say!

A visit to the spider exhibit at the reptile park today inspired me. (I bought a giant soft toy terantula - I've named him cuddlekins ) I'm thinking that a funnel web might conveniently get loose... they're native to the Sydney area, you know... near where Jack and Martha live... The park also had something called a Jacky-dragon, hee. I have to find an excuse to write that up somewhere You two are going to call me Jemima forever now, aren't you? Sigh. Well, it's a good thing I like my name. I just have to get used to reading it

I used to have a beanie terantula from a themepark called Chesington World of Adventures (what a mouthful), it was black with yellow fangs. Haven't seen it in years, I wonder where that went to. You two are going to call me Jemima forever now, aren't you? Hee! Yes. Just at every opportunity. I'm sure you'll get used to it, you'll be seeing it enough, mwahaha.
emmasi Posted February 2, 2007 Report Posted February 2, 2007 The weird thing is, I'm actually arachnophic! (Hence the fic.) But when they're behind glass, I find spiders quite interesting. And there's this one type that I actuall like - the mexican red-kneed tarantula. It's so big, beautiful, soft, and gentle that I think I could trick myself into thinking that it's a small mammal with many legs instead of a spider And look what I found in an image search! IT'S CUDDLEKINS!!
