Jess Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 I want snow I am so insanely jellous of anyone who gets snow where thay live. I hate weather in Australia we only get snow up in the mountains and even then its pretty sucky snow especially last season. I cant wait 'till June when we get our first snow of the yr I will be down at Perisher the first weekend of the season. I'm isanely jealous of anyone who gets hot summers. Seriously, there's some summers in England where it just rains. I want sun...NOW! *stamps feet* Lol, that last bit made me laugh - snow in June! I know you're in the southern hemisphere, but I still can't quite get my head around the concept of opposite seasons. Yes, I know, I'm a simple child.

I can't imagine celebrating christmas wearing a bikini or shorts. Christmas is about big jumpers and gas fires (Or radiaters if you're me and dont have a fire).
Jess Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 ^^ I spent Christmas '01 on the Caribbean island of Barbados and they have gloriously sunny weather all year round. But it was so weird, 'cos Santa came in on a jet-ski and I spent the day sunbathing.

I'd quite like t go somewhere sunny. The furthest I've evr been is North Wales which, although can have it's sunny days, can also pour down in rain. lol.

Oohhh...I'm strangely addicted to North Wales - I literally spend half my life there. But, yes, I agree, you don't really go there if you want bit of sun therapy.
