Yep I completely agree with what you say Dingo X. The show has been great this year. The best I've seen in quite a few years. I haven't enjoyed it this much since 2007 to be honest.

I was quite disappointed that they skipped 5 days and we didn't get to see Priya's life support getting turned off, unless we get a flashback while Rani and Ajay are grieving. IMO if you want to capture the emotion and make viewers cry having a scene when the life support is getting turned off should do it.

I can't believe that one of the biggest storylines in Neighbours history didn't make the cover of TV WEEK instead it was tossed aside for Romeo's cancer storyline.

Priya died so did Rhys. I didn't like Rhys. Wasn't a big Priya fan either. But the previews said two favourites will die and neither of these two are favourites.

Are you serious?? Neighbours didn't get the cover for TV Week because of Romeo's cancer storyline??? I don't mean to offend anyone who has had cancer or has cancer I know it's an important issue but come on, how many times has Home and Away used cancer to get rid of a character?? It's quite pathetic! Also considering that this wedding was grabbing the attention of people who don't even watch Neighbours; this should have been the TV Week cover!

I adored Rhys, so I was really sad to see him die. I liked Priya, but I wouldn't go as far to say she was one of my favourites, but still, it was very sad to see her die. I must admit I did cry when Ajay and Rani were saying their goodbyes to her, and of course I cried when Rhys died. :( That's one of the many things I love about Neighbours - even if I don't like/love a character I still cry when they die, in Home and Away I normally just sit there thinking "can we just move on please."

And since I'm comparing H&A to Neighbours, there is just one other thing that I really want to say: Home and Away is REALLY annoying me how they favor the Braxton's (I think I saw this in the spoiler section and I completely agree) how the Braxton's always get to go away, I mean they have now been to South Australia, and to Melbourne twice, in the period of one year! At least Neighbours don't favor some characters over the others.

Anyway sorry about that, seeing this is a H&A forum and everything, but I just really needed to say that!

Hahaha, Neighbours! You can always trust them for comedy even at a sad time. Loved when Toadie and Sonya came back from the hospital and walked into the house and Angie was like "You didn't knock" Toadie: "No mum, it's my house, I don't have to knock"

I agree it was very disappointing to see Neighbours not receive the promotion it deserved considering last week was a big week for the show. Clearly the average ratings reflect that despite the show improving in the last 12 months.

I was a little disappointed that they didn't show us the funerals of either Rhys and Priya, but I guess there may have been budget constraints and considering a lot of time was invested in the explosion, then maybe funding was limited. It would have been good to see the two characters have a proper farewell.

We finally saw Eddie Lawson after he'd be mentioned several times in the past. What a pity that he couldn't go to his son's funeral as he was unaware of his death. For some reason, I thought Eddie would have been more shocked about his son's death to be honest, but I did like the way Kyle was kind of there on Rhys' behalf. Kyle giving Eddie the golf clubs was a nice gesture as it means Eddie will always have something to remember of Rhys.

Sonya seems ok, apart from that short memory loss that she's experiencing as she can't remember anything from her wedding day. Mason must be very relieved that she can't remember, but I doubt she'll forget her special day in the near future. Lou looked concerned for his grandson today and he knows something's up, but he just couldn't put his finger on what was wrong with him.

I think TV week is owned by the same people who own the Seven Network so you can forget about any type of fairness regarding promotion.Neighbours doesn't have any chance to get ratings when it's never promoted and is on a digital station. It's probably lucky to get what it does given how badly it's treated.

I can't say I really loved either Priya or Rhys but they were both main characters so that made it a big deal.I've kinda only seen bits and pieces this week so I'm gonna watch the weekly repeat this afternoon.

I liked Rhys. He wasn't my favourite character ever, but I did like his character and I wish the writers had explored more of his backstory earlier on. I only wish we could have seen him interact with his father after all these years.

Priya was a decent character, but she always came across as being cold and I could never warm to her character unfortunately.

I'm in two minds about that one. Yes, I would have loved to see what their first meeting after all these years would be like. But i'm quite glad that they didn't get to meet again, as everyone seems to think they have all the time in the world to do something so they put it off, but Neighbours has just shown/reminded us that life is very short. Rhys was young, healthy and fit, but that doesn't mean he's going to have a long life. So i'm very glad Neighbours brought that up.

Did anyone else find Lauren's reaction over the top. Yeah she had a right to be upset but seriously woman, shut up ok, we get it....

No not really, considering she's been kept in the dark with a lot of things involving her family. I can understand her frustrations.
