I'm not going to make a thread for this but has anyone noticed Callum's in the credits at the start?is his gran still in hospital? She's beeen in for a while if so,what's wrong with her?I'm guessing she'll eventually die and he'll stay with Toadie.

Onto tonight, was Rachels ''Why are we always the ones making concessions''?to Angus meant to be funny? It was. She's made none,it's been everyone else!

ARGHHHHHHHHH. Rachel is THE dumbest 16 year old ever. You wait, in a few months time when she's with Tye (?) and Angus is out of the picture she'll refer to him the way everyone else is and victimise herself. "He did nothing but hurt me" without taking accountability for her own dumb actions.

I love Dec and his mum. Is her name Rebecca? I forget, but I really like her.

Dan is a wuss. He barely hit that punching bag let alone punched it.

What I hate about the Rachel and Angus thing is that a few school girls with crushes on teachers will get stupid romantic notions in their heads that its somehow OK. They have made Rachel look like a romantic heroine, and Angus look like the hero for doing the right thing going off and leaving her with her family. If he was going to do the right thing he would have left before anything started. It is never right for a teacher to have a relationship with a pupil, ever, all that stuff Elle was writing was just stupid.

Dan is a drip. I think Lucas is kind of nice, and I think he will turn out to be OK and Dan will turn out to have huge anger and jealousy issues which have no basis in reality, and which warp his view of his brother. I like Lucas more than Dan, I hope Lucas whips his ass. :P

If any girl sees what Rachel has done to Angus and thinks that's a good thing, then I would be sincerely worried for the world.

You would be amazed how many teenage girls think they are in love with their teachers and that that love will conquer all. A girl at my school was so obsessed by a teacher the poor guy had to leave, she would not believe that her love for him was not returned, or that they would not live happily ever after if people would let them get together. I am sure she still thinks it to this day , she was obsessive and you could not reason with her. When people are like that there is reason to worry as you say.

I don't like the way they did this either, they made it look like Rachel and Angus were hard done by and that whet happened to them was not fair, when really they should not have been in relationship at all. Angus should never have gone there, no matter what he felt. Its all a bit Romeo and Juliet only icky. I think they got it really wrong.

I don't think it was portrayed like that or written in that way at all. It seems to me that it was written from all angles pretty much - we had Susan and Karl argument, who most would associate with the more 'moral' characters of the show - they felt very strongly about how wrong it was in there opinion, linked with how they were finding it hard to let Rachel figure things out on her own and treat her like an adult...etc Then we had all the papers that told them it was wrong, most characters were written in a way that whether they said it out loud or not, we knew they regarded the relationship as bad/immoral...etc but then we did have those that saw it for what it was from Rachel and Angus 's stand point.

I think they did it well.

^Are they still doing that? The first time they did it, I just assumed it was a joke on 24. But if they're still doing it... hm. I don't know.
