The Snorks were the funny things that lived underwater and they had weird snorkel things coming out of the top of their heads. It used to be on CBBC in the morning, either before or after The Smurfs. I used to watch it before school...

The Peas lived at the bottom of the garden - I loved that show! It was the highlight of my day when I was off sick as a child; I never got to watch it normally 'cos it was on during the day. And OkieDoke was an oak tree and in the credits he slid down a slide...that's all I really remember.

Oohh...and The Raccoons and The Jetsons. Lol, the memories...

However, my current favourite kids' television show has to be The Hoobs - I watch it with my little brother. We've recorded so many episodes, it's slightly worrying. :P

I like the comment "Because not every childrens TV programme can have one..." :P

Its always a surprise when the mods turn out to have a sense of humour :P

We were talking about the shoe people in the pub the other night, anyone else remember them or am I showing my age? I was never really allowed to watch much tv as a kid, mum used to send us outside to play but Saturday was go to Nans house in the mornings and she just used to let us watch cartoons all morning. Live and kicking used to be the highlight of my weekends!

Oh my gosh this is bringing back too many memories. Hehe. I loved the Racoons, with Cyril Sneer etc! The opening credits were great. And the poddington peas, such a catchy tune. I remember the Shoe People, i used to have the books aswell. Live and Kicking was also a highlight of my saturday mornings, i loved it when it was Andy and Emma and then Zoe and Jamie but after that it went downhill abit. It used to show Rugrats and Captain Bucky O'Hare! Such great shows. Im sure Sweet Valley Twins were on before or after if i remember rightly aswell. I remember Oke Doke sliding down a slide in the tree too but thats about it. Also have the Moomins song tune popping into my head right now aswell. Hehe. Then there were the good old days of Fun House and Finders Keepers. Oh and i remember Mondays always used to be Goosebumps followed by Miami 7 or maybe the otherway around not sure, i just remember i would get my sister to tape them because i had to go sailing straight from school and i was obsessed with the books aswell as the show for Goosebumps and was also a big S Club fan. Hehe. I sound like a right TV addict now but i swear i spent most of my childhood in a swimming pool. lol They just dont make TV like they used to. lol.
