I'm not sure what it is, but I haven't this deeply captivated by a character since the early days of Ric.......and I've only seen about three of his episodes so far, so he must be doing something right! And as for the 'Joel can't act' statements.....the character wouldn't be this interesting if he wasn't played by a talented actor!

I sincerely hope he'll make a swift return to the Bay after all this stuff with Jazz and Drew blows over, because I'd definitely like to see more of him.
