The second episode today had Clarissa House in it as a social worker involved with the drop-in center.

It took me a moment to realise it wasn't actually Beth.

I knew that she was a social/docs worker in one of the older episodes but it still took me a minute to catch on that she wasn't playing Beth!!

I agree with you ^ about Vinnie and Leah....they were very cute together. Its a shame shes not more like that with Dan though.

This may have been mentioned before but...Hayley's hair!! When I first saw her I was like' Is that Hayley?', but then I realized it was her with a VERY different hairstyle!

How great is it getting to see the older episodes again?! Five Life should have put the older episodes that they are showing now, on when it first launched last October .

Man, a lot of things came flooding back, like memories which was buried deep back suddenly jumps out and come back! I finally get to see who Cameron Walsh was since he's now the H&A head honcho, I'd totally forgot about him.

Leah, what a huge change, after watching the early years, she had a great fun-loving and easy going personality and now the Leah of 2007 is completely different. What about the Diner?! I'd forgotten it looked like that!

I'd remembered who Shauna was but I'd forgotten how hot she was! Had to get that one out lol! What surprised me the most was just how things has changed since then, from the cast (I counted 5 characters who are still around) to the sets, for example, the Diner, the Fletcher's house and the drop-in house.

I've really enjoyed going back in time and reliving memories! :)

Anyone notice the continuity error that has arisen having seen 2847? Mitch and Hayley were looking at that old newspaper that had a story in about Colleen winning Miss Groper, and her name was Colleen O’Rourke. However, in 2005, when Colleen organises the ‘2005 Miss Groper Pageant’, she recounts the story of when she won, and says her name was ‘Colleen Hickey’!

It annoys me when stuff like that happens. Obviously they can't have perfect continuity in a show that's been going for 20 years, but things like the name of a long-standing character should be easy to get right. Don't they employ somebody to sort out continuity? If not, I want that job!

I think that might've been Dan Bennett's doing as he probably didn't want to say it again in case fans suddenly start thinking that she was related to Ailsa.

Actually, it was a one-off continuity error, Colleen had previously and subsequently referred to her maiden name as being Hickey.

Did anyone find Nancye Hayes first scene as Ailsa yesterday slight strange when she and Alf returned to their house. I know she's a stage actress, but she appeared to be adressing people over the shoulder of the cameraperson.

Yeah the "O'Rourke" was a one-off mistake. I'm guessing the continuity person must have got confused with Ailsa's original maiden name.

I have a clip from 1989 of Colleen and Morag's very first conversation, which is going on my site soon, in which she says "Colleen Hickey".
