Anaya Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 It was funny seeing Kane and Kirsty together back then- never would have guessed that they'd end up together, and I love Vinnie- wish we could have him back, one of the nicest, sweetest, funniest characters in H&A's history. I sooo agree with you about Vinnie... he was so much fun and i loved him and Leah together! I really miss him! There are still many reasons for Vinnie to be brought back to the Bay... with Leah and VJ still there and ofcourse now with Dan leaving aswell and i'm sure the writers and producers of HAA would love to have him back... the only problem is that Ryan Kwanten is doing so well in America there is no reason why he would want to come back! Which makes me sooo sad because that means Vinnie is not going to ever be back... aside from them recasting the part and having another actor play the role... but that would be a really bad idea as Ryan owned the character and no one could do justice to it!
princess.sparkle Posted October 25, 2007 Report Posted October 25, 2007 ^^^Yeah I agree, it would be a total dream to have him back- he was just so natural and totally made you believe in the character, but he was never over the top, I don't think there's ever been a character like him before or since, and I don't think there ever could be. And although I'm pleased for Ryan that he's doing so well, it's kind of sad that we may not see Vinnie again , but I do agree with you- recasting just would not work. No one else could be Vinnie, I mean people who watched H&A back when Vinnie was around just would not buy it. Vinnie had this charisma and spark that personally I don't think a recast would do justice to.

And then I come back and everything has been found out,what was up with her? Also is the person that played Jodie the same person that plays Emma? Matilda's friend?
