Charlotte is about to leave to go and work in Vietnam, so they throw her a farewell party. Afterwards she goes to the beach for one last swim but gets into trouble in the water. They try to revive her but she dies later in hospital. I don't think Kane has come back yet after the whole rape debacle, so KK is still a way off.

What ratings winner are Five going to put on in it's place, a two hour Wright Stuff or a Trisha DNA/Lie Detector test Christmas Special? Although maybe the breaks coming at the right time because Miles and Brodie are quite possibly the most vomit inducing Home & Away couple ever and I'm not sure if I can sit through Jude and Charlotte again either.

I don't mind, but I do hope the early years returns in January, especially as we haven't seen KK yet! So, the episodes of when the boat sinks are still to come? Yep, the Mirigini storyline is yet to come. Woo! To be honest I can't remember Sally being particularly traumatised by the loss of Charlotte - I'm guessing she's seen so many people cark it over the years that it's like water off a duck's back to her now! Except when it's her husband, obviously.
