No, what they have in common is that they're all humorously self-referental to satirise a specific genre, while still following the basic conventions of that genre:

Scream, for a start: it pokes fun at the slasher film but is still scary.

Galaxy Quest pokes fun at sci-fi trademarks while still being a good sci-fi movie (I loved this movie long before I had seen Star Trek).

Last Action Hero sends up action movie cliches but is still as much an action movie as a comedy.

And Enchanted is both a homage to and a self-parody of countless animated Disney movies.
