I think it definitely is a bad thing now that Jack knows that Martha didn't tell him, i bet he's going to think that she didn't like the love they had before. Thats why she hasn't told him; because she realises that she didn't actually love him as much as he loved her

Oh poor Jack, that isn't rue and Martha needs to tell him the truth about her real feelings before Jack does something stupid
