-Kevin- Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 I love how Scotty & Kevin are not stereotypes like most shows like to lean on. I loved it when Scotty was helping with the house and looked so masculine. I adored 'Just a Sliver', especially the beginning ! Yeah the episode was so good !! One of the best hours of TV ever Scotty is so cute it was good seeing him and Kevin getting stuck into the deconstruction of Nora's new home. I loved Sarah smashing the walls down as well and Kitty saying "how come she gets to use the big thing" Im starting to like Kitty so much more these days she is a lot more fun.
Reo Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 Just a Sliver was a great episode. It had some great lines and some great scenes. However I felt they used Elizabeth needing a liver just to get scenes from it, rather than it being a story in itself, they used it for other things, like finally Tommy and Kevin talking again. It was good, I just wished they would of shown the emergency with Elizabeth a bit more.
Reo Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 I loved todays episodes, I thought last weeks was good, but this one was better, I hope it continues. Kevin and his dreams were great. Then Kevin escaping and Justin having to go back into the house to get his medication. Nora and Scotty's scenes were also great, I loved that she phoned and apologized to Scotty, rather than phoning Kevin. You dont really see Nora having scenes with her child-in-law. There was hardly any with Joe, there is some with Julia and a few with Robert, but they also had that fight. So it was nice to see Nora and Scotty having scenes. I thought Tommy was abit much with the contract and the way he acted. I see where he is coming from, he is her father and has had a really hard time, not being able to be the biological father, losing William and then not being able to help Lizzy, but he should of spoken to Kevin rather than slamming a contract down on him. Cooper was also great, looking up to Justin because he sits around all day playing games rather than working.

Cooper was also great, looking up to Justin because he sits around all day playing games rather than working. I just had to laugh at Kevin's dreams !! Especially the one with himself and Julia thenj he woke up and she asked was he having a bad dream about her because he said her name The scene where Nora was telling Kevin to sit up she wanted to pull down his trousers for his shower was hilarious and Scotty was trying to do it as well. I am liking Kitty lately as well - usually she just annoys me and I couldnt help myself looking at promos on youtube of future episodes and it looks like Tommy flees the country to escape prison for embezzlement. and Kitty and Robert are seperated and I saw a fantastic scene where Nora smacks Tommy across the face I cant wait for the rest of this season - definitely the best season yet
Reo Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 I love Kevin, he has great scenes and lines.. When I first watched the series I started on episode 19: Game Night and I wanted Kevin and Jason to be together, but Kevin and Scotty are a must, I watched their wedding episode about 4 times. I used to avoid spoilers as I wanted to be shocked when I watched the episode, but I have been seeking them lately and I read about.. Tommy embezzling from the company to get stocks from the company to get the most shares to take control! I cant wait to see the scene where Nora slaps him, I read that it was a real slap, not faked and Dave Annable (Justin) thought it was going to be fake, so he was generally shocked.. I read that Tommy's role will be very reduced in the next series, some people are saying he wont be back at all. Tommy is my least favorite Walker, but I wouldnt want him to leave, he has a part in the family and it will be noticed if he wasnt there. I also read about Robert and Kitty. Robert has a heart attack on the day their baby is born. Then after with Robert recovering, Kitty and Robert are becoming estranged. It has never come across that Robert was happy having this baby and being a family, but then again he didnt really show how happy he was when they got married. He just seems so serious all the time. And Sauls boyfriend comes into it soon.. Im not looking forward to seeing Ryan though, apparently he isnt a great character, plus he gets inbetween Justin and Rebecca(Not that I like them together, its just Ryan is Justin's brother, how could he do that?!) and there maybe something between Ryan and Rebecca.. There is also a spoiler for the last episode that someone gets engaged! Has anyone got there Series 2 dvd? What are the extras?
-Kevin- Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 I wonder what else will happen in the finale and I saw the slap and I wouldnt even call it a slap I would call it a pounding she gave him
Pierced Musie Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 Saul's boyfriend is played by the John Glover, aka The Magnificant Bastard from Smallville right? If so then there is going to be so much drool I will drown myself ! I almost cried through the Sarah & Justin scene where he tells her the fears of going back to drugs. It was very heartbreaking and felt so genuine I almost believed they were related.
Lise Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 Justin and Rebecca don't have the spark that I always thought that they would. They just don't work for me. The guys that Sarah is working with are funny. Last night (the ep where they had the magic party) I finally realised just how good Sally Field is. She is a pleasure to watch.
Reo Posted March 30, 2009 Report Posted March 30, 2009 All Justin and Rebecca do is argue then make up. They dont have any sort of relationship. Im not a fan of Rebecca, but I cant believe they de-Walkered her for.. 'this'. It's not exactly great and now we have Ryan because of de-Walkering Rebecca. The last episode was good, the start of something big with Tommy. I cant wait to see Rebecca's reaction when she finds out that Tommy used her.
Lise Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 All of that sounds really interesting, Reo. I can't wait until the introduction of Ryan.
