Charity from the believers. She helped Tash escape as well. She's a midwife and remember, she realised she wa sbeing brainwashed. BTW, remember when Robbie was so happy, after hearing of Ella and realising he had a second chance, at the hospital and be blurted it out. Maybe was overheard by a staff member?
