Dr.Rachel Armstrong, but Flynn (was very very close ) and Hugh was great also.

Flynn, because he was so devoted to his job, but at the same time, he took care of his family. And he refused to let go of his job until he had to because he wanted to spend the rest of his time before he died with his family. With Rachel and Hugh they let their personal life decide some things that happened at work. So they share a second place while Flynn is in first place

I fricking love Rachel, she is like one of my faves! But I went with Charlotte, I just really liked her from the episodes I caught of her on Five Life! I think she was great, but very underused.
