Marty saw Russell (who had beaten him and Lance soundly for perving on his girlfirend, Dawn and there was an incident involving the recovery of the lottery ticket, which resulted in Lance pocketing Dawn's knickers, which copped him another beating) on the door as the Bouncer and didn't want another pasting, which he more than likely would have gotten.

And if you recall, Marty isn't THAT much smarter than Lance.

Both Lance and Martin are as dumb as dog ****, yes. Russell is just a thug.

I'd have happily allowed him launch them into the middle of next week where they'd never be seen again. 

These days, would their perving on guests in the shower block be treated as a jolly jape and a fun storyline?

Technically,  if it's the middle of next week they would be seen again!

How do I find an old question that has already been answered somewhere?

eg. Why wasn't a parent or guardian present when Dodge was interviewed by the police (374) as he was still underage?

Old Man Forbes (off screen) watched the Interview and positively ID'd him and likely washed his hands of him. The Fletchers weren't gonna touch him with a Barge pole after the confession.

Though someone from DOCS (Molloy or West) should have been present.
