fangio Posted June 22, 2014 Report Posted June 22, 2014 Thank you, Dan F. Can you believe there isn't a single mention of the spider plot online? And I now see it was old Scott Robinson himself - Darius Perkins! Quote
Jezz Posted June 23, 2014 Report Posted June 23, 2014 No 7Two doesn't show Home and Away: The Early Years on the same day as the episode airs in the mornings. Hope this helps answer your question. Quote
Jezz Posted June 23, 2014 Report Posted June 23, 2014 Yes I remember that storyline clearly and it was actually a frightening backstory for Gary Samuels which goes to show how manipulative and dangerous he was. From memory, Gary didn't intend to kill his parents as it was just a prank at the end of the day that backfired really badly though as you can see with his parents being killed. Quote

j.laur5 Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 I just wonder, is there ever a time when Pippa and Ailsa have a falling out?. Quote
Red Ranger 1 Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 I'm not sure how personal it got but they were definitely on opposite sides of the argument when Alf was planning to build a hotel that would take business from the caravan park in 1995, to the point Pippa stopped doing work for the Diner. Quote
beau_t Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 It was never personal between Pippa and Ailsa though, in fact I remember when Pippa told Michael she was going to stop baking for the Diner, she said "I'm going to tell Alf Stewart where to stick his part time job," which is strange as it was Ailsa's business, but obviously the hatred was directed at Alf. I think Ailsa was just caught in the middle of it all. There was also the falling out where Michael was supporting Lois Croft and the Stewarts had an arguement with Pippa and Michael before storming out their house, but in that case it was Pippa who was caught in the middle while Michael was the antagonist. A storyline where Ailsa and Pippa truly fell out in a storyline of their own (not involving their husbands falling out) would have been a good emotional storyline but I don't think it ever happened. j.laur5 Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 Thanks!. But I do remember Irene and Ailsa having a falling out in 1999 and they made up soon after! Quote

Dan F Posted August 10, 2014 Report Posted August 10, 2014 What episode number did Alf tell Chloe to go somewhere and feed Olivia in private or something like that? I remember watching this scene back in 1998 when a woman complained to Alf that Olivia was breastfeeding Chloe in public....Episode 2378 Quote
