In the current version of the opening titles, why do Irene and Marilyn each give a funny look? Is it an in-joke by the producers at those 2 girls running on the beach?

Think it's pretty clear that they're checking out the male surfer who passes by them.

Just like Jack and Damo did with the familiar girl passing by them in the 1994 titles.

Yet strangely a particular poster never picked up on or questioned this one!

Beau_T, I swear I really didn't notice the surfer running behind them until Dan F pointed it out in answering my question!

And yes I know it was Chloe who walks past Jack and Damian in the 1994 titles, because somebody pointed it out in the 1994 Discussion thread.

Thanks Beau. I've always wondered. Selina, Shannon and Jack talk about their past but Curtis never seems to.

As a teenager Curtis seemed quite a one dimensional character to me. As an adult I can understand him more. They just didn't seem to develop his character or backstory as much as the other teens.

Was the abandoned farmhouse in today's 5* episode the Hunter farm? The kitchen looked similar.

Went back the double-checked, but no it wasn't the same.
