I havent upgraded to premiuim account. You have to pay for that, don't you? But they added a load of new features for the non premium accounts a few weeks ago.

Yes, for the premium account you have to pay roughly around $25. I noticed that a few features were added for non premium accounts aswell, which made picnik a whole lot better.

I have made a load of avatars using picnik because it seems like a good site, but I'm not really sure if I should make my own thread to post them in (they're not that good ) Would you consider a tutorial on how you get such perfect colouring?

Abigail. I hadn't though about it, because I don't use a set technique. To get the lighter colouring I just use the neautral picker.
