Barbara Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Nooooo! Now they're fighting. Jack should just tell Tony. Lisa should just stop talking about Jack when she's with Martha. She's making things even worse. If that's even possible... More please.
stephyrose4 Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Preview: From fighting to…? …crying? …Kissing? …More arguing? …Or all of the above? Definitely Kissing And....... you know the rest Oh my god, I'm getting really annoyed with Martha.. Instead of ignoring, being stubborn, being a bitch, pushing jack away.. Why cant she just be the same.. And go behide there Back.. Until they tell Tony and the others.. They need to be naughty. The story would be much more interesting.. Its really good now, But just imagine it with more intense stuff Anyway great update !! Your updating quick So hopefully there will be a update soon. No rush tho ( AND OMG Lisa can you just **** off! Your soo so so so annoying .. Jack dosent want you so stop going on about him!!! GOSH.)
valli Posted June 17, 2008 Report Posted June 17, 2008 Oh no, now they're fighting Lisa, thanks for nothing This is getting really silly, they should just admit their true feelings and stop with the fighting. They are not going to get anywhere if they keep on fighting! And I agree with Stephy, from fighting to kissing I don't have a favourite part this time, but I think the talk Martha and Lisa had was really well written More please!
bay girl Posted June 18, 2008 Report Posted June 18, 2008 Martha is being such a dog. Thats all i have to say really. LOL. More soon please.
Tasha Posted June 18, 2008 Report Posted June 18, 2008 All of the above. And it has to be done right More please
jack+martha=trooluvv Posted June 18, 2008 Report Posted June 18, 2008 I actually feel sorry for Lisa. Doesn't anyone else? She really loves Jack and they hurt her so bad so that they could go on with their incestuous relationship... But still, you'd better sort the JnM stuff out and help Lisa out someway
vale4eva Posted June 23, 2008 Report Posted June 23, 2008 I'm still not 100% happy with these chapters. So I'm sorry if they suck Warning: Content will not be suitable for younger readers Enjoy Chapter 43: “I hate fighting with you” he spoke out softly from the silence. It had been almost 5 minutes since they had last spoken (or, argued to be exact). “You think I like it?” she replied; her voice equally as calm and soft, her head not turning to look at him as she focused her attention on the papers. He released a loud exhale. “How did we let things get so bad?” he asked through dejection, as his head shook lightly in disbelief; questioning not only Martha but himself. His vision focused on her profile, waiting for her to face him; eventually she looked into his eyes. “These things happen” she said in an almost minute voice; her shoulders shrugging a little. “No they don’t! We’ve let this happen, and we didn’t need too!” With a huff and a roll of the eyes, she rose from her seat. “Jack, how many more times, I don’t want to argue about this. Please, can we just leave it for now”. “I’m sorry to keep dragging it up again, but its bugging me … Can’t you see how all of this lying is destroying us?” he exclaimed. She sighed helplessly. “Of course I can”. Turning back to him with sad eyes, she added; “You know, this isn’t easy for me Jack”. “And you think it’s easy for me?” he asked her softly. Her head lowered down through shame and sadness. Pushing himself off the seat, he stood in front of her; looking intently into her eyes. Following a silence, he spoke up … “Do you know it’s been almost two weeks since we last kissed?” he questioned her. “What kind of normal healthy relationship is that?” Her head rose to look into his eyes, “Yeah, well that’s not exactly my fault is it!” he voice quickly grew louder, “I tried to kiss you this morning and you pulled away, remember that Jack!” she looked at him with raised eyebrows, before she turned away. He released a breath filled laugh, shaking his head. “Yeah, and did you ever ask yourself why I did that!?” She rolled her eyes at him, stepping away and walking towards the table. But his sudden words caused her to turn back… “Do you even want to be with me anymore?” Her head slowly turned to face him, taking in his look of uncertainty. Sadly enough, he wasn’t even joking; he was deadly serious… “Of course I do” she replied in a low and hurt tone of voice, “how can you even ask me that”. “Well, I don’t know! How about the fact that you seem to do everything under the sun to try and avoid me!” he exclaimed. “I am not” she retaliated in a moan, her eyes unable to look at his face however, as she knew deep down he was right. “Yes you are,” his voice grew soft, “Look Martha” he continued with a sigh, “The only thing I’ve ever wanted from you, is your honesty. But you can’t even give me that can you”. Her head dipped in disgrace at her own behaviour, everything he was saying was correct, as painful as it was to admit… “I can understand that you’re worried Tony will reject us” he added “…but it’s getting to the point where it’s just ridiculous now … were going around in circles all of the time, it’s almost a joke! It’s like it’s some game to you … ‘Ooo, lets see how many more lies it’ll take before Jack blows another gasket’” he mocked her, rolling his eyes. She frowned at his mockery, her eyes watering as she felt hurt by his words. “It’s not like that” her words were presented in a tiny whisper. He ignored her comment, getting lost in his state of irritation; “I mean, this has been going on for like a month now, the promises, the ‘just give me one more day Jack, and I swear I’ll tell them everything’ line,” he rambled, “but still, here we are, and still nothings changed, just more lies, more promises and more stress” he shrugged. She remained still and silent, a little on edge at Jacks behaviour. “You know, I wonder if there will ever be a day when we can just walk down the street holding hands, just like a normal couple” he thought out loud, “right now I’m thinking no” he added through dejection. “…In fact” he said with a sigh, his shoulders falling, “I’m starting to wonder if any of this was really worth it” he added softly, his eyes transfixed in a daze in the air; his words failing to register how hurtful they really were. Shaking his head and coming back to reality, he looked into her eyes; suddenly becoming very aware of his mistake. Her breath caught in her throat as she opened her mouth to speak, “I can’t believe you just said that” her eyes flooded with tears, the droplets threatening to brim over. He sighed in sadness, briefly closing his eyes and mentally kicking himself at the words he had recklessly spoken. “I’m sorry” he put his hand to his forehead in helplessness, as he looked across at his vulnerable and tear-stricken girlfriend, “I didn’t mean that. I don’t even know why I said it” he looked at her through worry; astonished and hurt in himself for saying such a thing. She released a soft and breath-filled laugh, “you said it, because you obviously think it” she answered his question. “Martha no, please” his words were long and drawn out, “it’s not like that. I wasn’t thinking, it just slipped out because I’m so upset about it all. I didn’t mean it. You have to believe me” he rambled in his current state of heartbreak. She shook her head glumly, the tears shining her pink and puffy cheeks, “don’t lie Jack, you’ve probably been thinking it all along” she rolled her glassy eyes. “No I haven’t! I promise!” he gushed through so much emotion, as a single tear slid from the corner of his eye. But Martha was having none of it, putting her hand up to finish this, she grabbed her bag, rushing out the door. “Martha wait, please” he rushed to the door, grabbing her arm and using his other hand to keep the door to a close. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it … I love you so much, you know that”. “No Jack, I’m leaving” she cried. “I can’t listen to anymore of this” she used her feeble strength to force the door open, but his hold on her was too strong. Breaking down in a heap she placed her hand to her face; sobbing hard. Her head shook lightly from side to side, as she whimpered the words through her tears… “I’m so tired Jack … I’m just so tired…” Wrapping his arms around her body, he cradled her while she cried; all the while whispering into her ear how sorry he truly was… …………………………… “I didn’t mean it” he reaffirmed in a gentle whisper; as he continued to hold onto her tightly. It had been over 5 minutes since the incident, and the tears were beginning to subside. “I know” she finally responded, much to Jacks relief. Peeling herself away from his chest, she looked up at him through exhausted eyes. “I wouldn’t blame you for thinking it though” she said while she sniveled; her face red and blotchy from so much crying. “Martha, don’t say that, please,” he urged her as he placed his palm to her cheek. Leaning back into him, she huddled into his chest, enjoying the warmth of his body embracing hers. Wrapping his arms around her frame once again, he soothingly rubbed her back... “So much for Tonys paper work, huh” he gave her a gentle nudge, trying to lighten the mood a little; as his fingers now ran through the strands in her hair. She let out a feeble breath-filled giggle, “Yeah” she replied; before soon feeling as he placed a soft kiss onto her cheek. Her eyes momentarily fell shut at the touch of his lips, and despite feeling fatigued, she found herself tingling at their closeness. It was amazing how powerful the sensation of his breath on her neck could be. She could never get enough of Jacks tenderness... It had been so long since they last shared any degree of intimacy, and the mixture of emotions that ran through her veins; pain, sadness, passion and love, were just bubbling up inside of her. Pulling herself away from him, she looked into his eyes, her one finger slowly finding its way down his chest, hooking onto the buckle that held up his jeans. “I don’t want to cry anymore Jack” she hushed so innocently, before her head rose to look at him through her wet eyelashes. Leaning her back into the door, she encouraged him towards her, allowing for him to trap her in. “Agreed" he responded with a nod of the head "… No more crying” he told her in a gentle whisper; a small smile appearing on his face as he looked at her. Although hesitant, he leant inwards, closing the breathing gap between them and meeting her in a tender and loving kiss. Slowly they pulled apart, their eyes all the while fixated on one another, as their breaths grew considerably heavier. Not wanting to waste any time, they connected once again, but this time, tenderness was replaced with a greater amount of intensity. From here, one kiss led to two, two led to three, and four led to them laid out on the couch, where their excitement and passion quickly electrified… ……………………………… (Later that night) The club was trashed … Glasses smashed over the floor, tables and chairs turned over and the safe that held the weekends takings now money-less. The entrance door constantly swung open, hitting the wall with a thud, as the wind continually blew it backwards and forwards. The place was dead; no longer a charismatic hub of summer bays night life. Instead it had turned into merely a lonely dark room, its essence and life being sucked away… The end result of a vicious criminal act… Preview: Tony faces his biggest challenge yet, coming to terms with the state of his business, but little does he know, something far bigger is just around the corner … Is someone out to destroy Tony? Edit - Oh and I know you're not supposed to advertise But if you have time, please read and comment on my other fic; 'Take Me With You', because right now, I'd say the writing on that one is better lol, and I'd love some more feedback. Thanks =]
Barbara Posted June 23, 2008 Report Posted June 23, 2008 They made up! After Jack's words, I thought they might break up. Fortunately, they didn't! Who trashed the club? The preview sounds really interesting. I hope Tony will be alright. More please.
Tasha Posted June 24, 2008 Report Posted June 24, 2008 “No Jack, I’m leaving” she cried. “I can’t listen to anymore of this” she used her feeble strength to force the door open, but his hold on her was too strong.
