JosieTash Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 My very UNOFFICIAL title for this ep, “ I Thought She Was Referring To Duncan “ [screened in Australia on Wed, 20 Feb 08 - Episode # 4578] Note: for whatever reason, this ep had the opening credits – 1st time we’ve seen them this year NEAR BEACH : Aden approaches the passed out Annie. He sees that she has drunk half the bottle of alcohol. He begins to try to help her. DINER : Geoff enters. He wonders if Irene has seen Anne this arvo, but she hasn’t. Geoff is very worried about his sis. NEAR BEACH : Annie is very groggy,a dn Aden helps her to put her arm around his shoulder so he can assist her walking to the surf club. SURV CLUB : Sam approaches Tony – skying him if she can use Luc’s old bedroom [the Hunter house annexe] for palace that she can do her art, as she likes to paint apparently. Tony insists that Sam should talk to Matilda about it, and that he insist that she NOT pay rent. NEAR BEACH : As Aden struggles to help Annie get to the surf club [i.e. she slumps to the ground], Tony & Geoff are looking for Annie. Hen the see Aden right nest to her, they run toerds Annie, and way accuse Aden of doing to Annie what he did to Tam lat last year. Aden is Not immersed, but Tony and Geoff doesn’t car, they just want to get help form Annie. SURF CLUB : Aden tries to protest his innocence to Tony, Geoff & Martha, but they aren’t listening. Annie is still in a very bad way, as they wait for an ambulance. NEAR SURF CLUB : Jack interviews Aden – who tells jack that he saw Annie take the bottle of alcohol. Even jack seems sceptical of Aden. Nearby, the ambulance officers have Annie on a trolley, heading for their vehicle when Rachel arrives and begins t9o sort out what’s happening to Annie medically. AD : Ad NOAH’S : After Jack interviews Martha about the stolen bottle of alco, she is MOST unimpressed when he VERY formally says “thank you for your assistance”. Martha wonders what is going on, and jack insist that if Martha & Sam can be friends, then Martha & Jack can be friends etc again. NEAR SURF CLUB : Matilda approach Aden – and “goes off” at him about what he “did” to Annie. Aden tells her that he can have any girl in town, so why would he “go for” Annie. Before Matilda walks away, she insists that there’s at least One girl in town that Aden can’t “get”. HOSPITAL : Rachel tells Irene, Tony & Geoff tat thy will use a stomach pump on Annie to get the alco out of her system. Rachel allows that to se Annie, but when they enters and try to speak tan, ahe [lying in bed] turns her head to face in the opposite direction. NEAR SURF CLUB : Aden approach Morag, who is sitting at one of the tables with a large umbrella overhead. Aden wonders why Morag would “take on” a case like Reverend Hall’s, and she tells him that’s he believes that Reverend Hall deserves a fair hearing. Aden likes sound of that, but Morag insist that his unruly behaviour * comments during the scene just prove her point of how wrong Aden’s behaviour can be. DINER : Martha, Alf & Morag are sitting tgeter, when Martha insists that she have to go back to work. Alf tells Morag that he is glad toy be back in bay. Morag tells Alf that she has something that she wants to discuss with him. SURF CLUB : Aden & his mates are playing pool when Martha approaches. He has a go at him for the Annie incident, before insist that he & his mates should bail. Aden tries to protest his innocent, but Martha doesn’t want to hear it. Aden & co bail. AD : Ad SURF CLUB : Sam tells Tony t5hat she has spoke to Maddie who is totally ok with the art studio idea. Martha approaches Sam and the latter makes it VERY clear [when Martha is being friendly towards her][ that she KNOWS that Martha is only being friendly with Sam, so she can “hang out” with jack again. DINER : Its night time and Morag tells Alf that she isn’t so sure that Aden is responsible for what happened to Annie. She thinks that everyone deserves a 2nd chance, Esp./ since Aden reminds her of RIC when he 1st arrived in the bay. HUNTER HOUSE : Maddie & Sam are tlijmg in luc’s old room. Maddie reiterates that whole “no rent” policy, whilst Sam thanks Maddie [and Tony] as now she can work on her art in peace, and so close to home [next door]. HOSP : Tony & Rachel are keen top garb some coffee together [all smiles from both], when Geoff informs that thet Annie is awake. After Rachel medically checks her over, she lets Jack speak to Annie about what happened. Annie tells jack [and Geoff & Irene] that she can’t remember ANYTHING about what happened. AD : Ad HOSP : In corridor, Tony asks Rachel is she is keen to go out to a meal at yabbie creek, but she says that she has a few hours yet to go on her shift. Rachel suggests that they grab something together at the hospital canteen – and Tony accepts. Nearby, Jack & Sam are talking. Jack notes that Sam appear to be a bit on edge. He comments that things will go back top normal when the catch Johnny. NOAH’S : Maddie & Martha talk about this previous unknown artistic side of Sam. Maddie is surprised when Martha says that Sam was rather terse with them chatted atelier, as Sam worth friendly with Maddie when they spoke earlier. BUSH Next day, Johnny is pleased when he sees his “new best friend” approach. The person [who we still haven’t seen yet] hands Johnny some pills,a nd he takes them [assume fori the pain of THAT bullet wound]. We then see who is helping him – it’s SAM!!!! [END OF EP] Preview Leah is distraught after getting a phone call – someone is dead!!!
