KatieroxNZ Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 Here's the next chapter Please don't kill me Chapter 28 2 days later “Morning my beautiful wife”, Jack said walking into Martha’s room. “Hi” she said back. “So are ready to come home” he asked her. “Am I ever” Martha said back with a smile. Just then Rachel watched through the door. “Hey guys, so how are we feeling today Martha” she asked. “I’m ok, just can’t wait to go home” Martha said back with a smile. “Yeah I know how you feel” she said with a laugh. The Bachelor pad “Aahh, it feels great to be home” Martha said walking through the door. “It’s great to have you home, now you just sit down and relax ok” he said with a smile. “But I need to look after Lily” she said trying to make up excuses. “No you don’t Lily’s fine, besides you have to look after yourself and the baby” Jack said back with a stern look. “Fine” she said back, and lied down on the couch. Later that day Martha woke up to find jack no where in sight, so she got up and walked over to the kitchen, there she found a note from Jack saying: Martha, I’ve just taken Lily out for a walk, have a rest and make sure you look after yourself. Love Jack xxx As Martha finished reading the note, Rachel walked through the door on her break from work. “Hey Rach” Martha said. “Hi Martha, how are you feeling” she asked “Um yeah I’m ok, just a bit annoyed” she said. “Oh, I guess Jack told you then” Rachel said. “Told me what exactly” Martha asked curiously. “Um, I don’t really think it’s my place to say” She said back warily. “Rachel please just tell me” Martha said desperately. “Ok well the other night, Jack got drunk, and he….well he….” “Oh god” Martha said almost crying. “I’m sorry Martha, but I have to get back to work, do you think you’ll be ok” she asked slightly worried. Martha nodded Jack had just walked through the door, he put Lily in her room and walked out to the kitchen when he noticed Martha sitting on the couch looking like she was crying. “Martha, babe, what’s wrong” he went over. Jack tried to hug her, but she pulled away. "How could you Jack, how could you do this to me, how could you cheat on me!” she said angrily. "Martha, please just let me explain, it's not what you think" he said "No Jack, I will never forgive you, stay the hell away from me!" she said walking out the door crying. Next Time: Will Jack find Martha and explain what really happened? Or will it be the end of their marriage?

Jack was just about to fall asleep, when Martha walked in upset. This quickly made Jack wake up. “Martha, your home” he said slightly shocked. “Yeah well I had no where else to go did I” she said back annoyed. “Please let me explain about everything” he begged. “Why, so you can just lie to me again” Martha said with a serious face. “Not you have to know the truth, what really happened” Jack said. “Look Jack, I’m not interested in your lies, so just leave it yeah” she said. “No Martha, I’m not going to give up you have to know the truth” he said sternly. ******************************** The next day Martha had woken up early, she had to be somewhere. Jack got up, to find a note from Martha saying: Gone out for a bit be back soon. So Jack got Lily changed and fed, got himself ready, when Martha walked through the door, with a large envelope in her hand. She handed the envelope to Jack. “What’s this” he asked. “Open it and find out” she replied. Jack opened the large envelope; and was shocked by what he saw. “Divorce papers! You got to be kidding me Martha” he said shocked. “No Jack, I’m totally serious, you hurt me for the last time” she said. “How did I hurt you, you won’t even let me explain!” he said raising his voice. “Because you’ll just lie to me again I can’t risk that” Martha said with tears streaming down her face. “No Martha I won’t I promise” Jack said desperately “No, no, no I can’t risk it” she said sadly. “I have to go” Martha replied running out of the house. “Martha” Jack yelled out, but she just kept running. ****************************** Next Time: Will Jack sign the papers? Will Martha & Jack sort it out for the sake of their children? Or will one of them leave Summer Bay forever?
Barbara Posted August 31, 2008 Report Posted August 31, 2008 Katie, I'm not happy! Rachel should have kept her mouth shut! And Martha should listen to Jack! She wants a divorce. I hope Jack won't sign the divorce papers and Martha will give him another chance! *keeps fingers crossed* More please.
