jenlee Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Veronica Mars - When Veronica finds out she actually willingly slept with Duncan when she thought she was raped and confronts him about it. It's a really emotional scene coz they think they are brother and sister (which their not) but they loved each other. -Also the morning after Logans "Epic" speech when she goes to his hotel room and Kendal is with him. -And when Logan finds out his Mom really is dead and breaks down in Veronica arms. -Also when Veronica is one the roof and Beaver tells her to ring her Dad and say goodbye but he doesn't pick up his phone... I have many more Veronica Mars ones...maybe too many haha
Drew Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 When Homer found that his mother had died on the Simpsons. For real? Or in the flashbacks when she faked her death? I haven't seen that episode if it actually happened.
Formerly Known as FKAJ Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 We saw it last night in Victoria, she came back for the third time, and he didn't want to let her back into his life because he'd get hurt again. Then later he regretted what he said, and he went downstairs where he found that she'd died. Besides that there was a nice montage at the end.
Drew Posted October 14, 2008 Report Posted October 14, 2008 Oh... I'm guessing that aired here in NSW as well... I don't watch the newer episodes, they're not as funny as the earlier seasons... I must be like the only person who does that
monkeysmoke Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 In Hollyoaks when Max and OB said farewell and they had the flashbacks from when they were little, and they had a manly hand shake and then a proper hug, i was unashamedly in tears - and then to top it off they brought them back just to kill Max off, which strangely didn't upset me as much. Then when Tom said Steph didn't have anyone so she needed him i was gone again. That damn little boy is so bloody good at acting! Back in the day in Eastenders at Christmas when Jamie died and Sonia was at his bedside and stand by me started playing. *tear* In Six Feet Under when you watch the end scene in the final episode with Sia's breathe me I cry every time! And when Nate was in hospital and David turns around for a minute and turns back to find Nate's died! Aww I think I kept the kleenex company afloat that week!
emma_2006 Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 lol.. that brought tears to my eyes when Max and OB said goodbye! as when Jamie died in Eastenders I also remember the scene when Leah was told that Vinnie had died in the prison that brought tears to my eyes
James Martin Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 When Chef died in South Park. OK, seriously? Two from Homers actually - firstly Dale's cot death in 1993 left me feeling totally numb after I'd watched it, despite being only 9 at the time. When it was uploaded on the 'net recently it still had the same effect all these years on. The other, 2004's Olympic Cliffhanger
Dean Posted October 27, 2008 Report Posted October 27, 2008 Dan snapping before leaving to look for Erica in All Saints.
-Kevin- Posted October 29, 2008 Report Posted October 29, 2008 When baby Daniel died in Emmerdale earlier this year and when Mandy and Tony's baby Grace died in Hollyoaks was also heartbreaking. So I have decided im not watching anymore cot death storylines.
Luc Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 When Dot helped Ethel kill herself in EastEnders. There are so many things that are moving about that plot. One of them is where Ethel begs Dot to kill her 'before it's to late', another is when Dot tells Ethel that all she wants is for her to be happy, and Ethel says she is, and then tells Dot not to cry, and another is when Ethel tells Dot that she's the best friend she ever had. But most off all, what gets me is that Dot chose to go against her Christian beliefs to help an old friend. :(
