I love music Posted August 3, 2008 Report Posted August 3, 2008 It was way past time someone put Rex in his place so well done, Lisa!
Slade Posted August 3, 2008 Report Posted August 3, 2008 It was way past time someone put Rex in his place so well done, Lisa! I second that. For the last couple of weeks I've noticed Rex make very sarcastic, malicious and belittling remarks to some of his fellow housemates, in particular Rachel. When I think of how's she's tried to be a friend to him and he says things like "You're the most boring housemate, I'd rather play scrabble" or "You're about a sexual as a caterpillar”. And when he said to Sarah “You belong in a Kenal” or something like that. I thought that was totally out of line. The sad thing about it is Lisa will probably be up this week and no doubt get evicted!

And when he said to Sarah “You belong in a Kenal” or something like that. I thought that was totally out of line. Obviously Rex is naturally quite outspoken, but I think he overdid it last week on purpose because he wanted people to nominate him. In fact I seem to remember him admitting as much to Rachel when he apologised for being nasty to her. He wanted to leave for ages because he missed Nicole, but maybe now she's in the house he'll be a bit softer!
Zetti Posted August 3, 2008 Report Posted August 3, 2008 I agree with Claire I like Rex but I dont like Sara!
HeavenForbid Posted August 3, 2008 Report Posted August 3, 2008 Nicole acts like a spoiled little girl!
Mrs Bishop Posted August 3, 2008 Report Posted August 3, 2008 I totally agree Laney shes vry high maintenence or so she says and she cant live with out her cloaathes, I wish they would both walk and do us all a favour.
EmyKate68 Posted August 4, 2008 Report Posted August 4, 2008 Nicole acts like a spoiled little girl! Totally - I know she's fairly young but she seriously needs to get some perspective! She doesn't have her own clothes - big deal. Mikey can't see. Rex obviously loves that he can baby her and 'look after' her and she plays up to that.
claire_louise Posted August 4, 2008 Report Posted August 4, 2008 I actually felt sorry for Nicole. Ok, so it wasn't the most important thing in the world to get upset about, but us girls can be very sensitive about our appearance. I know that if I didn't have my make-up and toiletries and had to wear other people's clothes I'd feel very insecure, and that's without being on national television! Plus there's the fact that she's just entered the house and is having to get used to being in a strange environment with a group of people who all know each other already, and knowing that there are cameras watching her every move. It's bound to make anyone feel overwhelmed. I think she and Rex have to be careful though, as they could easily isolate themselves too much and get on everyone's nerves.
jessica_2005 Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 Dale And Stuart up FOR EVICTION Dale and Stuart will face the public vote this week after receiving the most nominations from their fellow housemates. Stuart received four votes, while Dale received three. However, not all housemates were permitted to nominate with Darnell banned after he crossed the divide between Heaven and Hell. Kathreya and Mikey were also disqualified from nominating after they failed to eat 300 Brussels sprouts. Both Head of House Rachel and new housemate Nicole were immune from being nominated, but Nicole was also banned from voting. Who Nominated Who? Dale Mohamed: "He's lazy, doesn't bring anything to the house, got a bit of a temper on his. I live with him. He's not funny, he is not funny. So why the **** is he still in the house? I don't understand it at all." Darnell: "I still don't agree with how he spoke to housemates, when we were picking Head of House and he snapped and started kicking off with people." Lisa chose Rex and Stuart. Mohamed nominated Stuart and Dale. Rachel Rachel's first nomination was for Lisa, who she said had been "stirring". She also thought Lisa was not acting the same way as she does in the outside world because "she's just not handling the house". She added: "For her own benefit she should leave." Stuart: "Stuart's been hinting to everyone in the house that he wants to go home. And I do feel it's sort of like he's been putting pressure on all of us to nominate him and to me he shouldn't be doing that." Rex picked Dale and Stuart. Sara Mohamed: "He doesn't really join in much with the group discussions and he goes to bed early pretty much every night. He doesn't really contribute that much compared with everyone else." Dale: "I know he really wants to go and I feel so bad saying this because I really get along with him but he doesn't let me and Kat and Rachel sing." Stuart Stuart tells Big Brother he is nominating "tactically" and will go for Sara and Mikey because "they are going to have less votes than me I think". Big Brother checks that he wants to vote for these two housemates because he wants to "face eviction this week and thinks a nomination for them gives him a better chance at this". He agrees that this is correct.
Mrs Bishop Posted August 5, 2008 Report Posted August 5, 2008 I have to admit how on earth is Mohamid still there he eats all the food (when they have some ) he dosent do any cleaning and sleeps all day why? Stuart I know he wants t leave he wants to go and see his Little girl Mia so I under stand but why put dale up again? Also Rex and another housemate were talking in the pod and rex was heard to say we have to get Dale and Stuart out there are closest rivals.
