I'm thinking the Aunt thing might be that he's lying and he's at his dads house and he's watching him slowly die...then Belle might catch him outside the house when shes talking to him on the phone...and she gets all upset with him because he's killing someone and she tells him shes loves him and starts crying and he starts crying and then they get Larry to hospital and live happily ever after for the rest of thier days...okay so the last part maybe not but I'm still holding on to hope that Adelle stays together and this was the only explanation I could come up with!
