Thank you so much for that scan Adelle - we would NEVER get an article like that here in the UK - it's all 'Home and Away'? - what's that then?

Isn't it heartbreaking to read? Surely the jury will be able to see that Aden needs help not punishment? But on the other hand, we know what he's like when he loses his temper - are they just going to see angry, violent young man who's a danger to others and should be locked up?

I'm just praying that the writers feel that if they show Aden going to prison, young people who might be in a similar situation in real life might feel that they too deserve to be punished for what they're going through and any feelings of anger, shame and hatred they have as a result. Surely the writers would want to show that's it's possible to have a positive outcome, that it is possible to go forward and start rebuilding your life.

Did any of that make sense?

Think my bubble just burst reading that! It was so sad but I can understand how Aden would feel very uncomfortable telling a room full of strangers about his horrible past and tthen when Belle tells it all for him the girl he loved and trusted I can see why he would be so hurt and why he would fly of the handle! I hope it does help his case and he gets off but I cant see it helping adelle I so hope i am wrong but would Aden beable to trust Belle after that?

As for the promo dont really know what to make of it, I cant understand why he is angry with her unless like some of you have mentioned he is doing for her but doesnt want her to know!

I'm hoping sundays spoilers and the next lot of twip is happier for all of us in adelle world coz I dont think i can take much more heartbreak for these two they need to be together and it needs be now!!!!

is anyone else thinking that the writers are building up all this tension between them so we all think there is no chance then they will go and suprise us and get them back together? or am i just wishful thinking???/

I can now see it being a while before they get back together. Belle's the only person Aden has ever told and she's goes and tells a room full of strangers.

OK I'm going to say it, purely speculation, but I think Aden will be sent to prison. I think it creates more drama that way. You'll have Belle realising she still loves him but now he is behind bars, Morag feeling guilty over not becoming his lawer, Roman thinking he should have kept more of an eye on him and Nicole being devestated that her best friend is behind bars

particularly if she is pregnant and wants some friendly support.

As for Aden can you imagine the posibilities.. maybe he could go through a stage of feeling he needs to be punished, or they could have him meet someone else in prison (Larry? Sean? Kane?) or they could explore the darker side of prison and go with a storyline where Aden ends up being sexually assulted in prison and seeing how he reacts to it now he is an adult and fully understands and could possibly defend himself. That could be interesting, devestating but interesting. So anyway that was a very long winded way of saying I think he will be found guilty.

Frogg, you should write for H&A. Your fics are awesome- you'd be perfect! I really like that idea, but I have a feeling he'll be found innocent. I can just see his father standing up and making a big emotional speech about how he doesn't blame him at all and the jurors will find Aden not guilty. But, your idea could be really interesting to explore as well!

See if I was in charge of H&A you'd all hate me because this is what I'd do with the storyline: I'd have Aden found guilty and sent to jail leaving everyone devestated. Roman and Morag would feel guilty, Nicole would be gutted at losing her friend and Belle would become depressed and dump Angelo. I'd have Aden being hassled in prison and trying to act tough but confiding in Nicole whats really going on. Then Nicole would go to Belle and they'd form a strained friendship over their joint love and concern for Aden. Then I'd have Belle visiting Aden in jail and over the course of several weeks and about 10 jail visits they would fall in love all over again. Then Belle would busy herself with Morag trying to get Aden a re-trial and she would slowly convince Aden that he has to tell the truth about his past then just as he agrees to tell the truth he gets attacked in prison and sexually assulted. He would then lose his mind again and be sent back to the clinic and be unable to stand for re-trial but due to his mental condition he would be given a suspended sentence but would have to stay in the clinic. I'd have him stay in there with Melody whom he's confide in about what happened to him and in a strange way she will help him and evenually he will be well enough to return to the bay. Finally Aden and Belle will be back together and be happy for about a month but then Aden would start getting strange phone calls which send him slightly crazy again, worrying Belle. Then in the season finale I'd have Aden at home alone on a dark, stormy night and he calls Belle and asks her to come over because he plans on telling her that he wants to marry her but as she's her way over she gets distracted by Nicole who is round at theirs with Geoff and goes into labour. Aden opens the door and its the guy who attacked him in prison who escaped and had been leaving him all the phone messages. He says he came to finish what he started. Later, after Nicole has given birth to a little girl, Belle rushes over to tell Aden who hasn't been answering his phone. She walks in turns on the light and screams. The last shot of the season is the camera panning round to show Aden lying on the floor unconcious (possibly dead!), with his clothes torn, covered in blood and his face bloody and beaten....
