is Belle in danger?

is actually because of Aden getting angry???

I'd rather they be hating each other than no interaction at all at the moment cos i think they'd realise how they feel if they spend more time together, even if it's not good, if you know what i mean??

I can understand why Aden would get angry with Belle though, this has been like his worst nightmare since he was a child, and it's suddenly coming true. That must be so hard to deal with.

No he wouldn't die but he would wake up changed. He would become introvert and submissive and lose his spark. It would be like he was haunted. I might also put him in a wheel chair. Then Belle would be in danger one and he would have to emotionally fight to save her and by the end of that season he'd get some of his spunkiness back.

I think from Adens point of view it wasn't Belle's secret to tell and as he is so ashamed about what happened to him it would be like the ultimate humiliation for him. Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think anyone has actually told him yet that it's something that he shouldn't be ashamed about. All he's heard is his fathers oppinion that he was so ashamed about what happened to him that he was prepared to let his sons be abused to keep it quiet. So as far as he's been told this secret is something he should be embarased and ashamed of.

Yeah like a "Home and Away: After Dark" type thing. But I think it would work better with several cast members and they could all have much darker/scarier/sexier storylines. Actually an "After Dark" series would work quite well with the current theme of mental health problems. Do you remember the Hollyoaks one where Steph kept seeing things and thought she was being attacked by Toby and ended up having to be dragged out of the river? They could do something similar with Melody and Aden. They could have it set in the clinic and Geoff and Belle could come for a visit but we could see it from Mel and Adens pov and they could keep seeing Axel/Christine/Aden's grandfather/Larry etc.

yeah i remember that with steph totally freaked me out in a good way, I'm sure i read somewhere that hollyoaks are doing another late night thing dont qoute ne on that tho!

Could you just imagine Belle trying to convince Aden she was trying to help him by telling the court and then Aden asking her why she still cares when she's with Angelo.

And then Belle could tell him that it's because she still loves him! (and in a proper, i'm in love with you kind of way)

Maybe with Angelo listening (but Belle doesn't realise/or she does and doesn't care???)

Yes I heard that too.. with Craig/John Paul and Steph I believe.

The great thing about doing late night episodes of soaps is that you can show things and talk about things which you couldn't and probably shouldn't in the earlier time slot. So for example if they did one with Aden they could have him maybe elaborating on his feelings about what happened to him and they could go into more detail. I think it would enrich the story for the older audience but probably shouldn't be shown in the earlier time slot as younger viewers would find it too disturbing and probably wouldn't really understand. The only problem with doing this is if you want something to happen in the late night episode and then it confuses the audience who didn't see it. I remember some younger friends who didn't see the late night "Date rape" storyline on Hollyoaks being really confused about what really happened with Danni/Mel/Sophie/Nicole and then with Sam/Andy's death etc.

That would be good. It could lead to a kiss and him suddenly realising too late that he doesn't want to go to jail.
